Best location for a concert!
Pros:

Firstly the location was the reason I booked here for the closeness to the Lanxess Arena. A 10 minute easy walk to the arena, which was perfect since I was there with my teenage daughter. The atrium is massive and very pretty, the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing missing was milk for my morning cuppa, lol!

Cons:

On the Sunday, it was torrential rain and my daughter wasn't feeling too well, so we had a day in the hotel before the concert that night. We went down to the bar area to get a drink and some food. There was no-one at the bar when we first arrived, however someone did arrive about 10 minutes later and took our order - we only wanted chicken strips which took about an hour and a half to arrive! Not the best but they were tasty to be fair!

Dieses Mal nur ok
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, in dem wir auch nicht zum ersten Mal waren. Allerdings gab es aufgrund eines Rohrbruchs keinerlei Verständnis seitens des Hotels. Bis zum Abend konnte man nicht duschen, was bei dem hohen Preis leider nicht akzeptabel ist. Auch am nächsten Morgen waren der Wasserdruck und die Temperaturregelung der Dusche leider nicht in Ordnung. Für den Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Verständnis und entgegenkommenden Service erwartet.

Cons:

Kein Verständnis wegen des Rohrbruchs, kenne ich von anderen Hotels anders.

Goede ontvangst, fijne ruime kamer.

Cons:

Voor aanvang van het concert wilden we een hapje eten. Hoewel het rustig was in het restaurant, moesten we ruim 3 kwartier wachten op matig eten. Voor 2 porties friet, 1 portie kipfingers en 2 frisdrankjes betaalde ik meer dan €50,! Buitensporig.

Die Lage war für das Erreichen der Konzertarena gut…

Cons:

Man merkt dem Hotel seine Größe und auch sein Alter an. Dementsprechend sind an einigen Stellen bereits kleinere Mängel vorhanden. Unser Fenster schloss beispielsweise nicht richtig, sodass der Lärm von draußen deutlich zu hören war. Das Frühstück war solide, konnte darüber hinaus aber nicht besonders überzeugen.
