Pros:

We had a comfortable and pleasant 4-night stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient for getting around Cairo. The best part of our stay was definitely the staff — especially the receptionist, Olfat. She was incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. She answered all our questions patiently and always went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Her kindness genuinely made our stay more enjoyable.

Cons:

Overall we were satisfied and don’t have any significant complaints. There is always small room for improvement, but nothing affected our experience in a meaningful way.

the rooms were very clean yet a little smaller than what i expected, the lobby is small, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Olfat , and Rana.
th restaurant was really excellent especially Romany and Kyrillos . the food was good and the manager very frienddly

Tutto bene, abbiamo cenato quasi sempre al ristorante dell’hotel, cibo molto buono anche con intra
Pros:

Usufruito solo 1 volta perché usciti molto presto, ottima colazione le altre mattine ci hanno fatto la box.

Cons:

Purtroppo cani che abbaiavano e suoni di clacson, ma non è colpa dell’hotel.

Personnel à la réception et au restaurant très sympathique et souriant

Cons:

Ne surtout pas faire appel à eux pour l’organisation d’excursion. Ils ne sont pas fiables. Ahmed nous a fait payer et a disparu ensuite quand il s’agissait de régler les problèmes (chauffeur réservé qui n’est jamais venu). Puis il a fallu batailler pour se faire rembourser. C’est dommage car sans ce Monsieur Ahmed nous aurions mis une meilleure note. Et il n’est pas à la hauteur du reste du personnel qui très sympathique et dévoué.

La piscine est plutôt un bassin d’agrément, sans possibilité de s’allonger au bord sur un transat

Il faut laisser couler l’eau de la douche au moins 5min pour qu’elle soit chaude… pauvre planète
