Pros:

Guy on the front desk tried his best and was friendly. Was close to harbor and views from.the room were okay. And wifi was fast.

Cons:

First room was dirty, complained to reception so took us to a second room which was worse then the first room then took us to a third room which wasnt as bad as the first two but was still dirty. Said hed get the cleans to come clean the next day but when we retuned the next day only thing they did was put more coffee out and wipped the cups used was still dirty. Stay over 4 night and not once was anything ever cleaned nor was anything like the bed made.

Pros:

Great location, great value, super friendly staff, parking very close by.
It was by far the cheapest in the area at £61 at time of booking and im puzzled by some of the past reviews. If it was a £150 room, fine, yes but for the price, there is absolutely nothing to complain about.

Cons:

Bed super squeaky. Frame probably needs tightening. Very noisy getting in and out of bed.

Good location and couldn't hear any noise from other guests, decent location and check out at 11 cant complain

Cons:

Room was very hot during summer months and fan didn't really help, no parking and surrounding car parks are fairly expensive

Pros:

Location brilliant. Good breakfast. Room and facilities good. Check in easy. Lift to 3rd floor. Everything clean.

Pros:

The room was quite big and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite big as well. All basic facilties were provided and it was very clean. Reasonable price and bus stop is very close. It is also close to lots of cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

Toilet flush needs fixing. You have to stay there and flush it at least 2-3 times to get rid of even a strip of toilet paper, so you can imagine how difficult it is for any other business. The downstairs corridors smell damp but the room itself is fine. Seagulls wont let you sleep. Not reallu hotels fault but just a warning for other travellers. The whole city is full of screaming sea gulls day and night.

Really close to the harbour which is where we needed to be. Plenty of parking around the area all within a short distance

Cons:

It feels a bit neglected and could do with some Sprucing ! Even an air freshener in the hallway as you enter would be great because it smelt very old and musty which isn’t a great welcome.
