Pros:

The location is excellent and although the hotel looks a little dated from the exterior the room was really clean, comfy and spacious with table and chairs and all expected amenities.
Breakfast overlooking the harbour was yummy!

Nice big room in a central location. Easy access to the room and a lift to upper floors

Cons:

I always strip the bed when I leave to help the cleaners and found that the quilt was very stained as was the mattress protector 😒

Clean, comfortable, good value, would stay here again.
Pros:

Location was good for the harbour. Room was lovely. Bed very comfortable. Very good value. Room very warm but air conditioning appliance available.

Cons:

Unfortunately we don’t like shower curtains but that is a personal preference.

Ok if you can sleep through noise
Pros:

Comfortable bed big smart tv

Cons:

Someone walked into our room in the early hours with a key card? Scared us to death and so loud! Walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbours bed and word for word

Great one night
Pros:

It was a great location, it was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable and everything we needed for a one night stay, we will definitely stay again in future

Cons:

Room 301 needs a new toliet brush as it was rusty, also there was no where to plug the kettle in on the desk/ dressing table area, there was a socket underneath but cable wouldn't reach
