Buona la posizione per visitare Andalo e il lago di Molveno. Spazi comuni ristrutturati e arredati con gusto. Buona la colazione, ricca e varia.
Ampio parcheggio.
Macchina del caffè e acqua di cortesia presenti in camera per gli ospiti.

Cons:

Camera mansardata veramente troppo troppo bassa.
Frigobar non funzionante. Non funzionante nemmeno l’aria condizionata per un problema tecnico.
L’area wellness è su prenotazione e prevede un pagamento extra non compreso nel prezzo della camera e questa cosa credo che dovrebbe essere segnalata in maniera più chiara, non è corretto che l’ospite ne venga a conoscenza solo dopo aver prenotato.
La ragazza alla reception aveva davvero poca capacità di accoglienza.
