The only good thing: quite new, the beach is just across the road.
Everything else was bad: I had 2 cockroaches in my room.
This hotel is a big mess. They don't deliver what they promise. Stay away from them at all costs
Breakfast I paid for together with my booking, cost over 20€ per night. I requested vegan glutenfree before my stay. At check in I was told they serve breakfast all day until 4 - 5pm and that the entire restaurant was vegan. But the following day I went for a walk at mid-day and asked at the restaurant and they told me only until 3pm and the restaurant was vegetarian. If I listened to the night receptionist and went for breakfast later, I'd have no breakfast even though I paid for it a lot. Then it turned out they have almost no vegan glutenfree meals at their menu and they didn't even know properly what it means. I had to explain and ask for a meal without some ingredients. And that meal cost 8 - 10€ on their menu, plus I got orange juice as I don't drink coffee. They offered me something that cost half the price of what I paid for and I could see the prices on menu. So rude! The 2nd day it was even worse with a different restaurant employee. I had to explain and explain begging her to make something vegan that was actually worth what I paid. She was not nice to me but in the end she brought me the meals. Restaurant is not part of the hotel. From hotel they told me the problem was at the restaurant because they didn't know. Chaos! As a paying client I don't care who the problem is but using excuses like "they don't know at hotel what we do at restaurant" and from hotel about restaurant "they're changing the menu" are wrong.
Hotel description on Booking said they offer free airport transfer which was 1 of the reasons why I booked it as my flight was in the middle of the night. When I asked them about it before my stay, they said it's not true and they asked me to pay for transfer. Only after several of my messages about the transfer they deleted it from their description but that's wrong. As they had it written there during my booking, I should have got it for free. Not asking me to pay 25€. In the end I got airport taxi which cost 22€.
Another reason why I booked it were their photos of a swimming pool. Hotel description did not say it was not for all guests. I asked them if I could stay by the pool for a few hours after check out, but they didn't want to reply. I kept asking several times when I could still cancel my reservation for free but they finally replied once I couldn't cancel it anymore and said that the pool is only for penthouse guests.
Yoga & Pilates classes should be free during my stay. But they did not tell me I had to register max 24 h before so I could not attend on my 1st day and 2nd day was after check out so it was not possible either.
I was told I had to check out at check out time even after all those problems and when there was no one checking into my room that day. Otherwise I'd need to pay for late check out.
At check out I told them all the problems and recorded a video of that. The receptionist asked me not to write it in review/to Booking in order not to destroy their good reviews. He said we'd solve the problems via emails and they'd offer me some compensation. They never did that. When I sent them emails, they said that I'd tell about it all to Booking anyway. Then they stopped replying to my emails.

The hotel is modern, nice and clean nearby a good beach. The room is rather big and comfortable with all the amenities. The staff is very polite and ready to assist you with every request. We enjoyed our stay!

In the photo there's a pool, and for some reason we assumed it was accessible to everyone, but it turned out it's only for those staying in the penthouse. It was pretty embarrassing to find out standing by the reception desk in a swimsuit with a towel in hand. But, of course, that's on us for not reading carefully. Our mistake. People, read carefully!!!"

Everything. Newly furnished. Modern rooms. View of the beach and walking distance to nice bars and restaurants. Wonderful and friendly staff. Receptionists were pleasant and helpful. Cleaners, especially Suzy, were amazing and extremely polite.
