أود أن أتقدم بخالص الشكر والتقدير لموظفي الفندق الرائعين هيثم تبع الفاليه وأروى تبع الرسبشن على حسن التعامل والاحترافية العالية.
كان هيثم متعاونًا جدًا ويحرص على تقديم أفضل خدمة بكل احترام وابتسامة، مما جعل الإقامة أكثر راحة وتميزًا.

كما أن أروى كانت في غاية اللطف والرقي في التعامل، واهتمامها بالتفاصيل وسرعة استجابتها تعكس مستوى احترافيًا عاليًا وخدمة ممتازة.

Highly recommended, would definitely visit again.
Pros:

Location of the hotel.
Walking distance to the beach.
Huge swimming pools. One of them was heated which was great as it was windy.
Great breakfast and excellent pastries.

The team was very helpful and courteous. Mr. Mohammed Helmy always did his best to make us feel at home. Arwa at reception made our check-in and check-out process seamless and quick.

Cons:

The parking was roomy but there was no shade. A major con especially with the Hurghada sun.

Pros:

I loved everything about this property—the location, the spotless cleanliness, and above all, the staff. Arwa stood out as the perfect example of what reception should be: kind, welcoming, and wonderfully informative. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, and her cheerful banter added a personal touch that made our stay even more memorable.

Faris impressed me with his professionalism and genuine attentiveness. He always went the extra mile to ensure everything ran smoothly, and his calm, reassuring presence added to the comfort of our stay.

Mahmoud brought a wonderful energy—friendly, approachable, and always ready to help with a smile. His warmth and dedication made every interaction feel personal and memorable.

Together, they represent the kind of hospitality that turns a good stay into an exceptional one.

Cons:

I enjoyed my stay overall, but there was an issue with the room description. I booked a pool view room, yet it turned out to be a plunge pool view. This was misleading and made it difficult to explain to staff. I submitted a complaint through Booking.com but have not received any response, which was disappointing.
The team rectified the issue however, I am hoping for booking.com to come with an explanation and solution to issue.
