Cons:

Music on pool was too loud.worst thing about the hotel .music was too loud that you can’t have a rest in the rooms .people working on the pool refused to turn the volume down

Magnifique hôtel , buffet petit dej excellent, accès plage facile avec les voitures de golf , le personnel est super sym
Pros:

Le truc que j’ai le plus aimé c’est la réaction rapide efficace du personnel quand on était mécontente de certaines choses
Malgré la déception en début de séjour ils se sont rattrapés ce qui montre le professionnalisme de l’établissement

Spacious rooms. Great location in Gouna. Liked the swimming pools and the beach access

Cons:

Breakfast could have more variety. Expected a proper coffee machine (e.g Nespresso Machine) in the room
