Enjoyed our stay but there is room for improvement! Rooms were outdated, communal corridors were neglected and messy.
Cons:

Photos on website looked better than in reality.

Het was de prijs absoluut niet waard.
Pros:

De buitenkant van heg gebouw

Cons:

De enorm warme kamers, die ook vies waren. Daarnaast was het personeel niet echt vriendelijk. Dit was absoluut niet wat je verwacht als je een hotel van deze prijs boekt.

Beautiful place, one or 2 small things stops it being perfect
Pros:

Beautiful venue, great rooms

Cons:

The industrial fan firing up every hour below the window meant sleeping with a window open wasn’t an option, and with 30°+ weather it wasn’t ideal

Relaxing, gorgeous and perfect for a stay with a dog!!
Pros:

We was celebrating an anniversary and they made it so special!! Towel art on the bed, a lovely card and chocolates too!!
The grounds are absolutely stunning!! The staff were so welcoming and lovely to talk to and so helpful with our little pup we brought!! Beds were comfy, rooms were spacious and our dog had his own bowls and bed(although be brought his own). Lovely outside seating area perfect for a few drinks and take it the view.

Cons:

Only thing which was slightly uncomfortable, was the noise and creaks coming from the people staying above us. Completely understand as it seems to an old building however every step they made was very loud and kept us awake, so if light sleepers maybe ask for an upstairs bedroom.

Very disappointed and the hygiene standards are non-existent
Pros:

Beautiful property and grounds but the rooms were dirty with no ventilation and non existent service. I DO NoT recommend this property at all.

Cons:

Despite many emails to ensure everything was ready when we arrived and given their very late check in of 16:00, the rooms were not correct and they were filthy! I am attaching photos - dirty cups and teaspoons, a throw over the bed with a blood stain, crumbs everywhere in the room, sticky liquid all over the pedestals. The rooms were serviced after 16:00 and even then the bed was half made, the toddler bed not at all and nothing was cleaned despite complaining via email. The rooms are boiling hot, the window opens about 5cm and there is hardly any ventilation. The indoor pool’s floors are dirty and there is so much chlorine in the pool and jacuzzi your eyes burn for days. Restaurants seem to struggle with the amount of guests and the breakfast reminds me of a cheap motel. I do not recommend this hotel at all and it isn’t worth any stars in my opinion.

Disappointing
Pros:

The grounds.

Cons:

The invoice email is from dv and looks like a scam as the hotel is not named. The rooms were tiny and very basic. The bathroom was very old and in desperate need of updating, the bath was narrow and slippery and a shower cubicle would have been much better. The toiletries felt watered down and were impossible to pump. There were ants crawling everywhere. No hash browns at breakfast or omelette!
