Pros:

L'appartamento è in una posizione ottima, vicinissima al mare e al centro.
La vista dal balcone sul mare è stupenda e suggestiva. La camera ha il climatizzatore, fondamentale nelle giornate calde.
La pulizia viene fatta ogni due giorni dalla proprietaria che è una persona gentilissima.
Il proprietario è stato anche lui cordiale e mi ha riaccompagnato alla stazione al ritorno.
La colazione ti viene servita all'ora che preferite su una fascia d'orario.
Ho trovato la camera pulita e in ordine e il wi fi perfettamente funzionante.

Cons:

Avrei gradito un tavolino, ma capisco non era facile da posizionare in stanza. Per il resto davvero non mancava nulla

Struttura consigliatissima per godersi un soggiorno nella splendida Tropea!
Pros:

La posizione perfetta, sia per il mare che per il centro storico. Parcheggio disponibile in zona gratuito. Camera pulitissima, host sempre disponibile, colazione buona. La nostra stanza aveva la vista Stromboli e tramonto… che dire… già mi manca!

Tolles B&B welches wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen würden!
Pros:

Ein tolles B&B. Die Lage war sehr gut. Man war in wenigen Minuten am Strand oder in der Stadt. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus und auf dem kleinen Balkon wo das Frühstück gereicht wurde hatte man einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Das Zimmer war cool eingerichtet. Erwähnenswert ist das Frühstück welches von dem Vermieter zur vereinbarten Zeit gebracht wurde. Typisch Italienisch - Es gab Kekse, Kuchen, Joghurt, Cappuccino. Die Schoko-Cornetti waren noch warm :-)

Cons:

Es gibt hier eigentlich nichts was uns nicht gefallen hätte... Bei der Ankunft denkt man sich vielleicht, ok, sieht jetzt von außen nicht so toll aus, aber da kann ja der Vermieter nichts dafür. Das B&B selbst und die Lage macht das alles wieder gut :-)

Celkovo sme boli s ubytovaním veľmi spokojní, určite by sme to odporučili.
Pros:

Lokalita ubytovania vynikajúca, všade blízko, zároveň v noci kľud, krásny výhľad na more a pobrežie. Domáci bol veľmi ústretový, bol nás vyzdvihnúť na vlakovej stanici aj zaviezť pri odchode na stanicu, žiadny problém v komunikácii, odozva na správy veľmi rýchla. Keďže bolo veľmi horúco, klimatizácia bola nevyhnutnosť, bez problémov fungovala ako aj wifi.

Cons:

Raňajky boli len sladké, ale koláčiky boli chutné, takže nám to úplne stačilo.

The perfect place to stay in Tropea!
Pros:

The location is just perfect, everything is in walking distance (beach, old town, stores), but despite the central location, the area is calm and peaceful. The view from the balcony is a dream! The bed was comfortable, and there is air conditioning. Breakfast was great, it was very filling and it was brought to us personally each morning and we could have it on the balcony with sea view. The room is equipped with everything we needed. The host was very kind and caring, he even offered us a shuttle service to the airport at the end of our stay! Thank you very much again. We had the best time here!

Cons:

Neighbours were a bit loud sometimes, but that’s not the property’s fault.

Pleasant Holiday
Pros:

The accommodation is in an excellent location, just a few minutes from the beach and the city center. Don’t let the fact that it’s on the 3rd floor bother you—the room with a balcony offers a fantastic view. The staff stayed in touch with us the whole time and were always there to help if we had any questions. Breakfast is mostly Italian-style and sweet, but upon request, they provided us with sandwiches and extra coffee capsules.

Cons:

I would recommend different pillows; these were very soft and flat.

La posizione sicuramente vicina a tutto

Cons:

La colazione si potrebbe migliorare anche solo nel chiedere se si ha qualche preferenza oppure chiedere se qualche cibo non piace o problemi di intolleranze.
Non è stato chiesto nulla e hanno portato 2 paste vuote e 2 yogurt col cappuccino non c'era nemmeno lo zucchero di canna.
Diciamo migliorabile.
Altro neo ci sono 3 piani senza ascensore

Pros:

La ubicazione a pochi passi dal centro storico e dalla spiaggia. Possibilità di raggiungerla facilmente in auto e possibilità di parcheggiare senza problemi. Vista sul mare per la stanza “Stromboli”.

Cons:

Poco insonorizzata.
