The atmospehere, what was included. Amazing facilties and looovely staff. Super cozy and comfy room. Impecable food.

Cons:

At times the elevators were a bit conjested, but that's perfectly normal at certain times like breakfast or evening ramen.

Great onsen but pillows and bed could be way better

The onsen is amazing and the location which is just a street away from the main ginza street is great

The bed and the pillows leave much to be desired. They were not comfortable which is a shame
