The rooms where a little small.

Very small bathroom
I reserved two room for 5 people and there was not enough room. They shouldn’t have let me book if they could not provide bedding for 3 people in a room. We had to book somewhere else
We stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room, which was on the top floor and came with a semi-open-air bath! This was perfect since this was our first hotel, and it was wonderful to soak after spending all day on a plane. I loved the button that filled the bath to the correct level, and there was another faucet for the tub that could add more hot water, which was nice since the weather was a little cool when we were there. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We were not able to take advantage of all the amenities offered because we were so busy exploring Tokyo! The location was awesome - it's within easy walking distance to several train stations, Tsukiji Market, and all the amazing shops in Ginza. Even though we were in the middle of a busy area, there wasn't a lot of noise. We even slept with the window open, and noise wasn't a problem at all.
The beds were low to the ground. I think this is because we stayed in a more traditional room. They weren't futons at all, just lower than typical Western beds. They were perfectly comfortable for me, but my son complained a bit. If you struggle to get in and out of bed, this could potentially be a problem.
Clean and well maintained. Ramen supper is well appreciated, esp after onsen.
Staff’s command of English varies widely.

Muy elegante, el onsen es genial y está todo impecable. El personal es muy profesional y atento. Muy buena ubicación en el barrio de Ginza. El ramen de cena está muy bueno y nos salvó más de una vez.

The staff is great, the onsen is perfect, we stayed on the 12th floor and the room and services were great. The location is excellent and within a short walk of anywhere in Ginza and from the train stations.
