C’è tanto da migliorare!

Bella struttura e ottima posizione

Cons:

La prima notte non siamo riusciti ad arrivare a causa della cancellazione del volo. Avevo richiesto di slittare le date di una notte, ma inizialmente mi hanno risposto sia al telefono che su messaggi che non era possibile modificare, e chiedendomi ulteriori soldi se volevo rimanere un altra notte, per poi ritrattare offrendo un altra stanza ma era troppo tardi perché avevo prenotato in un altra struttura. Al nostro arrivo in serata la camera non era pronta. Durante il soggiorno non hanno mai sistemato o cambiato le asciugamani. Per la colazione potevi ordinare solo un piatto principale (buono) ma ci hanno fatto pagare l’acqua e il caffè a colazione (mai vista una gestione del genere). Al ristorante era pieno di vespe e mio figlio di 2 anni è stato punto e non avevano alcun rimedio da poter applicare. Peccato perché la struttura è davvero bella ma i servizi e lo staff devono essere da 4 stelle e lì sono ancora a niente!

Pause agréable à l’écart de l’agitation de Sarandë
Pros:

Emplacement pratique, très belle vue sur la baie, plage privée très agréable, personnel gentil et volontaire

Cons:

La chambre, un peu exiguë, sentait fort le tabac.
Et le café ne devrait pas être payé à part au petit déjeuner, pas tant pour le coût, modique, que pour l’aspect pratique.

Le séjour étais parfait, nous avons étais accueillis Une très belle famille qui travaillent ensemble, tousse au petit soin avec nous (merci à Dora pour cette semaine). Ils ont toujours le sourire et trouverons toujours une solution pour que vous soyez le plus à l’aise possible❤️❤️❤️ allez y les yeux fermer

La ubicacion es increible, las hamacas junto al mar merecen la pena (y estan incluidas con el precio de la reserva). El desayuno muy completo y el personal tremendamente amable y atento.

Vue magnifique, la chambre avec vue sur mer magnifique mais celle vu arrière très petite. Accès à la mer parfait au bord de l'eau

Cons:

Personnel peu souriant malheureusement au vu du cadre à nôtre arrivée mais vers la fin du séjour oui. Pas sécurisé du tout entre chaque bed donnant en bord de mer (roché) avec un bébé c'est très compliqué (au moin un filet de protection serait plus judicieux).

I highly recommend this place without any hesitation. The property is spotless, and the sea view is absolutely stunning. It offers wonderful sunbeds right by the beach, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the sea.

Beach towels are also provided, which is a very thoughtful touch. The breakfast is simple but lovely, and the food is offered at very reasonable prices. The pizza, in particular, was excellent and one of the highlights of our stay.

You will need a car or a taxi to get around, but the overall experience is absolutely worth it. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

The location exceeded all our expectations. The hotel has its own private beach with plenty of available sun loungers, and the view from the room was stunning. The staff were very helpful and responsive.

Under expectations…

The view was breathtaking. The room was cozy and clean and the staff very friendly.

Cons:

The moment of breakfast made me realize that the owner follows the low cost principle. It has never happened to me that coffee was charged extra at breakfast. The bartender came to us and verbally listed 4 options. No menu to guide you. The poorest and cheapest breakfast, with the butter already melted, a poor quality orange juice and when we asked for some fresh vegetables, they came with a plate with 3 slices of tomato and 3 slices of cucumber. And we also had to choose between crepes and omlette. Embarrassing! They give you something to eat for breakfast just because they say the accommodation includes breakfast
