Pros:

Very near Taksim square Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Ahmad, the owner, for his warm hospitality and excellent service. He made sure that guests felt welcome and comfortable throughout their stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future.”

Please do not go there; unsafe abandonment after arrival at the address from the UK with my family

This was an extremely distressing and unsafe experience for my family.

We had a confirmed Booking.com reservation for Turan Suite Hotel from 20 May to 29 May 2026 for 2 adults and 3 children. Our late check-in request was approved by Booking.com, with check-in confirmed for 22:00.

When we arrived in the evening, the property/address was unreliable and we could not identify a proper functioning accommodation entrance. We tried to contact the property repeatedly. When we eventually reached them through WhatsApp using the number provided, they told us that the reservation had been cancelled by the website and that the hotel was no longer operating.

When I explained that I was standing outside in the street with my wife and three children, they replied that no payment had been received and told us to look for another hotel. This was a pay-at-property booking, but that does not make a confirmed reservation optional. A property should not abandon a confirmed family booking simply because payment was due on arrival.

The tone of the response was also unacceptable. The property threatened to block me while I was asking for help late at night with my children outside.

My daughter became distressed and started crying. We were left in an unfamiliar city at night with no accommodation, after relying on a confirmed Booking.com reservation. We had to search urgently for emergency accommodation and move around late at night with children.

This property should be urgently investigated. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise families not to rely on this listing. A confirmed reservation must mean something, especially when children are involved.

The pictures of the apartment are not up to date. The front door of the apartment is thin and hard to lock. The furniture in the bedroom is damaged by fire, and in the bathroom by water. The fridge is full of rust, as is the shower.

They charged us extra because we had one additional person, even though the booking webpage showed the same price for 1 to 4 guests. They forced us to pay extra because they knew we had no other choice.
The bathroom was flooded after the first shower.
We also had to wait 30 minutes to check in.

My taxi stopped very far from hotel and one of the staff came walking to assist me which was amazing.
3. Location is amazing, 1 or 2 minutes to walk to istiklal street.
They welcome me with coffee and water once i came and when i lift also they did the same.
The most things i like that staff very friendly and its 1 or 2 minutes from istiklal street, the hotel behind macdonlds in istiklal street.

Les chambres sont spacieuse bien éclairé l emplacement est parfait proche de istiklel street , les chambres n'etait pas propre le nettoyage a ete fait une fois qu'on a reclamer le personnel a fait le nécessaire. Il etait a l'écoute. Les meubles sont vieux mais passable pareil pour la salle de bain ,les lit son confortable . En gros bonne expérience
