Hôtel très bien situé , un bus amène en ville . Calme propre .

アパート感覚で利用でき比較的快適だった

We were first time travelers to Japan, and I believe this is a much more of a "living in Japan" hotel than our previous Tokyo stay. It's what I aimed for and I'm happy it's what we got (as far as I know).
The bedroom was surprising large with smooth sliding doors, tatami mats, floor mattresses, and a low tea table with pillows and a tea set. It seemed, IMO, a judicious blend of traditional aesthetics and modern hospitality, since there were also "standard" table and chairs in the kitchen. But I'm a first time Japan visitor, so take this opinion with a grain of salt. The kitchen itself was pleasantly functional, though the chairs were slightly wobbly. Having a full size fridge was a nice change from the dorm fridge in the Tokyo hotel.
I also liked the sink/bath/shower layout. You enter a room with a sink and clothes washer. Then you go through another door to the "bathroom", which has both a tub and a tub-sized space next to the tub. There's no shower curtain because space next to the tub IS the shower space. The soap/shampoo/etc. were on a shelf a two feet off the ground next to the tub - at a kneeling height. Again, a new perspective and aesthetic for me, and a welcome one once I figured it out.
Some things were unexpected but not a problem - no reception staff on Sunday, steep narrow stairs, and signs asking us to turn off the AC when not in the room. Again, I'm assuming this is more of a "Japanese" guest experience, and I rather admired the willingness to ask respect from guests. Especially since the staff were very helpful and courteous when they were there.

We liked everything. It was clean, quiet, with enough space, the staff was kind, and good location.

L'hotel è in buona posizione, vicino alla stazione di Kyoto. Lo staff, dopo un problema con la stanza che c'è stato è stato subito reattivo e ha provveduto a darmene una nuova anche se si contattano solo tramite app Booking perché uscendo presto e rientrando tardi non ho mai incontrato nessuno in reception.

東寺の、弘法市をメインに楽しむ旅で。
目の前！暑かったので，着替えに、荷物を置きに、戻るのもこの距離ならでは。
駐車場があるのが本当に助かりました

Le personnel est très accueillant et nous ont fourni du café à notre demande pour notre séjour de 4 nuits m. La proximité des lieux (temple Toji juste en face) pas trop loin des transports en commun et quartier super sympathique. L’emplacement au rez-de-chaussée n’était pas trop bruyant au final. Lits confortables et le coin cuisine bien aménagé. Douche très spacieuses et impeccablement propre, séparée de la toilette. Je recommande!

Ottimo soggiorno a Kyoto! La posizione è stata uno dei punti di forza principali: circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Kyoto, comodissima sia per prendere gli Shinkansen sia per le escursioni giornaliere come Nara e Fushimi Inari. Proprio davanti all'hotel si trova la fermata dell'autobus, letteralmente a pochi passi dall'ingresso, che permette di raggiungere facilmente zone come Gion, Nishiki Market e Pontocho. Di fronte alla struttura si trova anche il Tempio Toji, una vera meraviglia, e il 21 di ogni mese si tiene un caratteristico mercatino con cibo locale, artigianato e souvenir. La camera era spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari: aria condizionata, lavatrice, frigorifero, tè e caffè a disposizione. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente il bagno in stile giapponese, molto funzionale, con riscaldamento e un potente sistema di deumidificazione che permette di stendere i vestiti la sera e ritrovarli perfettamente asciutti al mattino. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile e ci ha anche permesso di effettuare il check-in in anticipo perché la camera era già pronta, un'attenzione davvero molto apprezzata dopo il viaggio. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole visitare Kyoto e muoversi facilmente anche verso le altre destinazioni della regione.

The best accommodation we had in Japan. The room is quite spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Though not everyone would like to sleep on the floor I enjoyed it, it felt very japaneese and authentic to sleep in tatami room. The room was well-equipped (toiletries, slippers, dishes, ac in every room, washing machine). The location is also amazig - walkable to Kyoto station and Aeon mall.

Es gab eine gute und kostenlose Möglichkeit zu waschen, außerdem gab es zwei Stühle und einen kleinen Tisch zum Essen. Das Bad war sehr geräumig und der Bahnhof gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

綺麗で、快適でこの値段はすごいです。

Absolutamente todo. El personal fue muy, muy amable y nos ayudó con todas las dudas que tuvimos, estando muy atento en todo momento. El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días y varios supermercados cerca, además de estar bien conectado con zonas de interés en transporte público (hay una parada de autobús en la puerta y se puede ir andando a la estación de tren). Si buscas una experiencia relativamente tradicional, esta es una muy buena opción.
