I would have rated this hotel a 10, because of the *great location from the metro station , *comfortable rooms, beds, *delicious breakfast and *friendly staff. We had a room with a balcony and could not open the door to the balcony. There was a note on the door, saying to keep the closed if you have children, which we did not had. We called the reception and the response was just, "Sorry we cannot open the door due to safety procedures". Coming from South Africa, we are outdoor people and would have loved to stand on the balcony to see how night falls in the city, or have our first cup of coffee the next morning. No reasonable explanation was given. I have stayed in many hotels in the Kingdom, with balconies, enjoying the few. Sad I could not do it this time. P.S. If you are looking to walk only a ± 90 meters from the Riyadh Metro, to a hotel this is the place for you. You will find this hotel on the Blue line at Al Muorabba Metro station and at the other entrance of the station is Lulu hyper in Riyadh Avenue Mall.

المكان ازعاج بسبب اعمال الصيانة المجاورة للفندق.
حجزت 3 غرف ونحن عائلة وللاسف لم تكن متجاورة وحدة في الدور 4 وثنتين متفرقة ومتباعدة في الدور 5
