للاسف اسوء تجربه فنادق واجهتها في حياتي

لا شي. حيث انه مخالف للتوقعات والصور
للامانه في البدايه افاد الموظف انه تمت ترقية الغرفه لكن لم اجد اي تغيير لا اطلاله ولا مساحه ولا مميزات وكان تعامله لطيف.

Cons:

لم يعجبني بدءا من الموقع والشكل الخارجي للمكان وانتهاء بتعامل الموظفين غير المتوقع والمحرج بعد الغاء الحجز اما بالنسبة للنظافه متوسطه باستثناء السرير الظاهر انه نظيف لكن لم استخدمه ..المكان بالنسبه لي مخالف للتوقعات والصور.. والتعامل يفتقر للمهنيه وعشوائي للاسف لن اكرر التجربه نهائيا ولن اوصي به ابدا

أقمت في هذا الفندق الجميل والأنيق وصراحة يُعد من أفضل الفنادق التي أقمت فيها في الرياض ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
يتميز بالنظافة والترتيب وهدوء المكان إضافةً إلى حسن الاستقبال والتعاون.
وأحب أن أشكر موظفي الاستقبال: الأخ عبدالغني، والأخ ناصر الشريمي، والأخ عبدالله الحارثي، على حسن استقبالهم للنزلاء وبشاشتهم ورقي تعاملهم وتعاونهم.
