Pros:

The location in the city is great and the room is spacious. So is the bathroom. The courtyard is very nice with a small pool. The staff was very professional and quite patient (especially as I did not speak Spanish much).
The housekeeper was really wonderful and diligent.

Cons:

The couch. It was a low leather couch that was ripped. It definitely should be replaced.
(This other is not necessarily a dislike, but a beware cause it was unexpected. In many of the establishments in Cancun - public facilities included- toilet paper does not go into the toilet. It will immediately clog the toilet. So be prepared).

Bien , rapport qualité / prix intéressant
Pros:

J’ai passé seulement une nuit là-bas durant une escale donc c’était très rapide et je n’ai utilisé aucun équipements ou services de l’hôtel à part mon lit , la tv , la douche … mais les 3 était plutôt bien , la smart tv connectée ( donc netflix etc ) était très grande et bien orientée donc top . L’espace piscine qui se trouve au milieu de l’hôtel avait l’air simpa et jolie .

Cons:

Alors … la porte d’entrée qui ne ferme pas , je sais que pour des gens sa peut être rédhibitoire . La clef tourne dans le vide la porte et toute abîmé clairement j’espère que c’est en cours de réparation . Une serviette de douche sale avec tache rouge dessus ….

La mejor opción para alojarte
Pros:

TODO estaba super bien y la atención también. Lo recomiendo y la zona muy buena también , la verdad sí lo pienso volver a reservar en mi siguiente visita a Cancún , y tienen recepción las 24 horas! Me gustó que no se puede tomar ni fumar , eso lo hace muy tranquilo

Very nice modest hotel with lovely courtyard and comfortable rooms. Sometimes noisy.
Pros:

The rooms open onto a lovely courtyard with a pool, covered seating areas, and restaurant serving breakfast which was convenient, delicious and a good value. Staff were very kind and we managed to communicate well with their little bit of English and our little bit of Spanish. The rooms were modest but the linens were clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The pool did not have a closing time. Children were laughing and squealing in the pool until 11pm. There was a bar/music venue on the same block that played music until the wee hours of the morning. From our room it was like being at the party; the two other rooms from our group did not hear the music as loudly. I was not able to get the hot water to work so my shower was short and cold.

L emplacement pres de notre agence pour retirer notre voiture de location le lendemain et sur l axe routier pour explorer les autres villes.

Cons:

Pas de pression dans la douche.
