Relaxing days!
Pros:

Muy buen trato desde el primer momento que entre en el hotel,sobre todo de Siham, gracias por todo. El restaurante buena comida y desayuno también. Todo muy bien, la cama cómoda y habitación amplia.

Cons:

La ubicación por decir algo, que no estuviera más céntrico.

Pros:

Obiekt blisko oceanu , europejski standard 3 gwiazdkowego hotelu turystycznego. Bardzo czysto, wygodne łóżko duży telewizor , dobre kosmetyki w dużej łazience.Personel profesjonalny zaangażowany i do tego sympatyczny.Możliwość wcześniejszego zakwaterowania w moim przypadku już o 11 ej Transfer na lotnisko

Es un quiero y no puedo, pretenden hacer un resort de calidad, pero sin experiencia, sin trato al cliente, con engaños.... Ejemplos.
- contratamos media pensión y te dan 10€ persona/día y no hay nada de la carta, solo dos tipos de bocadillos.
- Contratamos un vehículo con conductor para movernos por toda la manga, y el día de la reserva, nos dice el conductor que solo nos lleva al centro de la ciudad, nada más.

Pros:

Ultra modern hotel with very helpful friendly staff. The hotel is very clean, very nicely decorated and provided a good breakfast. The Hotel is in a safe and quiet location, there's also a night Watchman to keep an eye on motorbikes. I will be back very soon.

Muy bien
Pros:

Leticia, Siham y en general todo el personal fueron súper amables. El último día nuestro vuelo salía antes de la hora del desayuno y aún así nos dejaron disfrutar del desayuno que ofrece el hotel. Tienen un transporte que te lleva a sus otros hoteles gratuitamente y puedes disfrutar de la piscina o de la playa de los otros hoteles. Está muy bien!

Propreté de la chambre, personnel sympathique, télévision connectée avec un grand choix de films et series.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner pauvre (absence de fruits et légumes en plus d'un choix très limité) et prix des navettes exagéré puisque on est obligé de se déplacer en navette de l'hôtel vu son emplacement isolé éloigné de plusieurs kilomètres de la ville, 200 dhs pour moins de 3 km aller et 3 km retour !

J’ai aimé la tranquillité et la sécurité de l’hôtel.
Pros:

Le cadre est magnifique, la décoration, la chambre avec la vue sur mer, le personnel dans sa totalité a été génial et au petit soin. Je recommande les yeux fermé. Je remercie Siham pour son accueil exceptionnel.

Pros:

The room was clean. Breakfast was full of different varieties, and the chef makes you delicious eggs. The stuff was super welcoming, and always ready to help if we had any questions or needed any help. We booked the hotel room, the moment we landed in Dakhla, and the shuttle had arrived not even 5 minutes later after we called and asked if shuttle is still possible.

Cons:

It’s quite remote from the city center, and the area of a hotel is still developing, so there’s nothing much around besides the beach. So if you need to get something to eat or buy water, you need to travel by taxi to the city center.

Vraiment magnifique mais dommage!!
Pros:

La propreté incontestable le personnel sur tout madame zineb au petit soin un surclassement en suite pour cause de problème d'eau chaude et débit d'eau dans tout l'établissement .

Cons:

Le plus grand bémol de l'hôtel c'est l'eau chaude il y'a pas d'eau chaude dans l'hôtel il y'a que l'eau tiède et le débit et pression d'eau qui rend le séjour compliquée c'est un point majeure négatif négligé par l'administration centrale malgré les relance des clients et le personnel j'ai pris l'initiation de parlé avec le chef technique de l'hôtel pour voir si je peux les conseiller vue que je suis du domaines de la construction gros ouvrage mais d'après notre discussion c'est l'investissement initial au début qui as impacté le problème de l'eau chaude se limité a l'énergie solaire pour minimisé les coûts de l'électricité et sans se soucier di confort et le bien être des clients ça montre l'ampleur de négligence des soucis et problème rencontré par les les clients.
N.B : jute un conseil au owners de l'hôtel rattraper vous avant que ça serai trop tard sur tout avec la concurrence qu'il y'a a dakhla et des projet de constructions d'hôtel comme des champignons j'espère que j'ai étais claire dans mon passage et que ça va aidé a amélioré et corriger les défauts existant.

Pros:

J'ai adoré le personnel souriant surtout Laetitia au restaurant, très souriante, très aimable et aux petits soins.
J'ai également apprécié la propreté de la chambre et le linge qui sent trop bon, ainsi que le rapport qualité prix qui est très intéressant.

Son emplacement un peu loin du centre ville
