Nonostante la gentilezza dello staff, dubito tornerò
Pros:

Il personale è stato molto gentile. Il ragazzo mi ha sempre trattato con grande rispetto e cortesia. Avevo preventivamente richiesto di fare il check-in a un orario diverso e si è mostrato disponibile ad assistermi, successivamente sono riuscito a rispettare l'orario di check-in della struttura ed è stato subito pronto ad accogliermi.
La stanza era abbastanza pulita.

Cons:

Purtroppo quando sono arrivato l'ascensore era fuori uso e salire al terzo piano non è molto ideale. Il problema più grande si è presentato quando sono andato a dormire e ho scoperto che il ventilatore non funzionava. Purtroppo a quell'ora non c'era nessuno a cui chiedere assistenza. Questo mi ha costretto ad aprire la finestra ed essere svegliato da gente che suonava la chitarra all'1.30 di notte, oltre alle varie ambulanze che passavano.

+ Comodità del letto e del bagno.
+ Disponibilità di distributori automatici di bevande.
+ Tipologia di struttura, pensata per ospitare studenti universitari e accogliere i turisti a un prezzo vantaggioso. Vi si trova anche una piccola chiesa.

Cons:

- Posizione. Non lontanissimo dal centro, ma parliamo comunque di più di mezz'ora a piedi. Dalla stazione conviene prendere un autobus.
- A fine maggio comincia a fare caldo, un ventilatore in camera non mi sarebbe dispiaciuto.
- Domenica la reception è aperta solo la mattina.

Ottimo se non si è esigenti ma con qualche difetto
Pros:

Prezzo e posizione (per Bologna Fiere) sono sicuramente i due punti di forza ma siamo rimasti anche colpiti dalla pulizia degli ambienti.

Cons:

L'ascensore non funzionava ma può capitare. Già mi ha turbato di più scoprire che piatti e bicchieri non erano ben lavati (segno di labbra sui bicchieri ad esempio), non so se colpa degli ultimi ospiti o dello staff (che non abbiamo mai visto ma rapido e cordiale via chat). La nota più dolente però sono stati 2 dei 4 letti singoli che avevamo in camera, la cui struttura di legno scricchiolava ad ogni minimo movimento e che ci ha disturbato parecchio la prima notte. La seconda abbiamo deciso di spostare i materassi per terra, non dico altro. Peccato perché a parte quello abbiamo dormito bene e la zona è tranquilla (salvo ragazzini che giocano nel cortile della struttura ma ci si può fare poco). Avrei infine gradito qualche gancio in più specialmente in bagno per appendere asciugamani o vestiti.
