Agréable séjour dans un hôtel charmant
Pros:

Hôtel dans un cadre agréable, calme, autour d'une jolie terrasse arborée, dans un quartier dynamique et branché. La chambre était assez petite mais très bien décoré et la literie confortable.

Cons:

Tarifs élevés, mais qui correspondent malheureusement désormais aux tarifs à Lisbonne

Pros:

Nuestra estancia fue excelente de principio a fin. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, en una zona tranquila pero muy bien comunicada, ideal para recorrer Lisboa. La atención del personal fue impecable: siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento.

Nos hizo mucha ilusión encontrar entre el personal a Marian, un compatriota nuestro. Su cercanía, amabilidad y trato hicieron que nos sintiéramos aún más como en casa.

Pero, sin duda, lo mejor fue la habitación. Simplemente espectacular: amplia, preciosa, muy cómoda y cuidada hasta el último detalle. Superó por completo nuestras expectativas.

Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendamos al 100 %. ¡Una experiencia fantástica!

A very comfortable stay in Lisbon
Pros:

Good transport links with numerous bus and tram options near the hotel. The room was very comfortable and had a safe, fridge and coffee machine. Breakfast had a good range of vegetarian options.

Pros:

Beautiful charismatic building in a nice area. I felt safe walking around on my own and there were plenty of good little restaurants within walking distance.

A very nice, clean and comfortable room with good air con.

I loved the terrace . It was a very nice place to have breakfast or to come back to at the end of the day have a quiet drink and read.

The staff were friendly , polite and very helpful.

Cons:

My only issue was that it was difficult to make a good cup of tea. There was only a coffee machine in the room. However, when I asked at reception for a kettle, I was given one – thank you so much, I am glad I asked. But no access to good tea at breakfast. Mostly herbal tea bags and a jug of not very hot water.

We didn't stay, was shocked to see the hotel and booked a different hotel in city centre.
Pros:

the hotel was tired and and dreary, two flights of stairs to reach reception dragging heavy suitcases The photos do not reflect the hotel it was not at all like the images on Booking.com

Cons:

Location, hotel was not like the photos.
Impossible to speak to anyone at Booking.com so I emailed however no one answered. I am looking for refund as I was mis-sold this hotel as not like the photos on Booking.com

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt im historischen Ambiente mit Top-Service
Pros:

Wir haben im Mai 2026 sieben Tage im York House in Lissabon verbracht und in einer Junior Suite gewohnt. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Reinigung sowie der Wechsel der Handtücher erfolgten täglich und absolut gründlich.
Das Frühstück war gut, es gab unter anderem leckeren Kuchen und frisches Obst. Der Service im gesamten Haus war erstklassig; das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das gilt ganz besonders für die Rezeption – die Mitarbeiter dort waren extrem hilfsbereit und absolut gästeorientiert.
Ein wichtiger Hinweis, besonders für ältere oder mobilitätseingeschränkte Gäste: Es gibt im Hotel viele Stufen nach oben. Es steht jedoch eine Hilfe bzw. ein Kofferträger zur Verfügung. Hier sollte man am besten vorab kurz Bescheid geben, wenn man diese Unterstützung in Anspruch nehmen möchte.
Zum Hotel selbst: Es handelt sich um ein ehemaliges Kloster. Die Möblierung ist passend dazu antik gehalten – das muss man natürlich mögen, aber für uns war es vollkommen in Ordnung. Das absolute i-Tüpfelchen ist der romantische Innenhof und der Garten. Hier kann man nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Stadt wunderbar entspannen und die Ruhe genießen.
Wenn wir nochmals nach Lissabon fahren würden, würden wir wieder in diesem wunderbaren Hotel buchen.
