Nice place for young couple with little baggage
Pros:

It was very clean and breakfast was good

Cons:

There was a lot of stairs to climb up and the poor luggage man had to carry our luggage up I felt so bad for him.

Idéal pour un week end en amoureux dans un établissement de charme !
Pros:

Le calme de notre chambre qui donnait sur la cour intérieure, la typicité de l établissement et la qualité de service des personnels et sans oublier le superbe petit déjeuner !

Mostly pleasant stay with few disappointments
Pros:

The hotel was located in a quiet location, but was not too far from restaurants and public transportation.

Cons:

I had a broach inside a zipped pocket if my hard case carryon luggage. When I came home, it was missing. One day during our stay, I forgot something and went back to the room and noticed someone had been there because the towels were gone, but the room was not made up.
There is no proof, but was glad my other valuables were in the safe.
We checked out the night before departure since we were leaving at 6am. We had 2 drinks that night in the courtyard and paid for another drink my husband had earlier. Total paid by cash for the 3 drinks were €30. In the morning, we were told we owed another €10, but the reception lady couldn’t tell us what it was for. I saw she had a paper with €10, but no more info. We had to leave for the airport, so we paid and left.
One more thing. We were told there would be someone available to help us with our luggage in the morning. There was only the reception lady and she would not come and help us. Another staff happened to come to work, so he helped us get the luggage down to street level.
Someone helped us when we checked in, thank goodness! There are lots of steps to get down to street level, so again, we were disappointed by the service. During the stay, the staff were very nice.

Muito tranquila e acolhedora
Pros:

café da manhã excelente com muitas variedades de frutas, pães e queijos, suco. Localização muito boa, e fácil de fazer a pé ou pegar um uber. Funcionários bem preparados e atenciosos

Cons:

só achei que as escadas atrapalham para quem tem algum problema com mobilidade, pois são vários lances até chegar a recepção, e dependendo do quarto, tem mais escadas

Sehr netter Service, leckeres Frühstück, sehr schönes altes Gebäude

Cons:

lieber ein Zugticket zwischen Lissabon und Porto einige Tage im Voraus zu kaufen, da alle Tickets ausverkauft waren und der Mitarbeiter am Hotel Empfang uns falsche Informationen gegeben hatte.😇

Hôtel de charme dans un quartier calme (appréciable dans une capitale envahie par le surtourisme). Un accueil souriant et une propriétaire qui exprime avec enthousiasme son amour de Lisbonne. Des volées d'escaliers qui permettent d'entretenir sa forme et une aide appréciable à l'arrivée pour monter les bagages. Confort et raffinement.
Un parking disponible (hors de l'hôtel bien sûr) mais relativement proche.
