The perfect home base in Lisbon
Pros:

Can I just live here?? This is our absolute favorite place to stay in Lisbon! A beautiful room and patio, a great breakfast, attentive staff, and a location quiet enough to be outside the buzz of the city, but convenient to many neighborhoods, including downtown. A perfect Lisbon home base!

Really, it couldn’t have been better!

Ich würde es wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage war top. Frühstück war super. Frühstück im Innenhof war sehr schön. Personal sehr freundlich. Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Wir konnten sogar vor dem Hotel parken (Danke dafür).

Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Liked the leisurely time allowed! Room nice, bed comfortable. Air conditioning was effective and much needed the eeek we were there.

Cons:

Not at all the hotel’s fault but the street was surprisingly noisy considering not a main road. Would have been nice to have clearer option of a rear-facing room when booking.

äußerst zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter/innen.

Perfect stay in Lisbon
Pros:

Perfect location, many buses stop next to the hotel, tram stop (no 15E from Lisbon city centre to Belem) 5 min from the hotel. Nice and very
helpful staff. Beautiful spacious room (like two rooms i.e. bedroom & living room together (in superior standard)). Air conditioning. Silence. I wish I could come back.

Cons:

The weak point of this hotel is the lack of lift and many stairs as it is a historical building so it is not the best place for those who have mobility problems. The staff always helps with the luggage so carrying it is not a problem, but the
access to the room might be problematic for those who have walking difficulties.

By the way, Lisbon itself might be difficult to visit for those who have limited mobility, because it is the city located on seven hills. Streep streets are almost everywhere. The pavements are made mostly of the paving stones, often very uneven, so in my opinion suitable shoes are mandatory for all visitors to Lisbon. Apart from that it is a gorgeous city so plan your trip
well and go!
