Pros:

Отличное и красивое место для настоящего отдыха в одиночку или с семьёй. Сотрудники были очень внимательны, дружелюбны и отзывчивые.
После тяжёлых рабочих дней я наконец-то смогла вздохнуть, наслаждаться Севаном и спокойно провести время в гостинице. Рекомендую всем однозначно 🤍

Понравилось всё, но небольшая рекомендация, хотелось бы чтобы в номерах были пледы, так как ночью было холодно, хоть мы
Pros:

Отель расположен в очень удобном месте. Всего 2-3 минуты пешком до Севана, где можно позагорать, поплавать, посидеть на берегу, покататься на лодке. Просторные и чистые номера. Очень вкусный завтрак. Чистый бассейн с красивыми лежаками и очень удобная детская площадка, чтобы дети поиграли и дали отдохнуть родителям.

Nett, nahe zum See, tolles Restaurant
Pros:

Grosszügiger Bungalow, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Beheizter Pool und tiptop Restaurant. Bungalow eher düster und kalt, wir brauchten 2 Tage, bis die Temperatur angenehm war um drinnen zu sein.

Cons:

Badezimmertür und Duschtür kommen sich in die Quere, das war etwas unpraktisch.

Отдыхали в этом отеле в июле 2026 года. Остались под большим впечатлением!

Начну с главного: персонал — настоящая находка. Очень вежливые, тактичные и внимательные ребята. На все просьбы реагировали мгновенно, всегда с улыбкой, создавали ощущение, что ты желанный гость. Это тот случай, когда сервис действительно чувствуется.

Чистота на высшем уровне: номера убирали безупречно, бельё свежее, в коридорах и на территории идеальный порядок. Питание — отдельное спасибо поварам. Всё очень вкусно, домашнее, порции большие, завтраки сытные, а местные блюда просто пальчики оближешь.

Локация — сказка! До озера Севан идти буквально 3 минуты пешком. Купались каждый день, вид с берега открывается потрясающий. А если любите активный отдых и историю, то до знаменитого монастыря Севанаванк мы дошли пешком за 20 минут неспешным шагом — очень удобно, не нужно никуда ехать.

Сочетание цены, качества и такого расположения — лучшее на побережье. Вернемся сюда еще обязательно. Огромное спасибо команде отеля за наш идеальный отпуск!

Рекомендую всем, кто едет на Севан! 👍

A great place to stay and enjoy Sevan for a couple of days :)
Pros:

A beautiful gem almost on the Sevan's beach. The apartments are clean and modern; the staff was nice and helpful. The children's playground was a permanent attraction to our little daughter.
We highly recommend to check the local restaurant for a dinner - the fish dishes, kebabs, tolma and veggies were exceptionally tasty. They were happy to prepare a non-spiced kebab for our child as well :)

Cons:

The bedrooms are a bit cramped which was especially evident once we put a baby crib in. The absence of microwave in kitchen zone was a bit of surprise. We didn't asked the staff though, maybe they could provide us a microwave on request, although we would have a hard time trying to cram it somewhere in the kitchen.
