Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were professional and very helpful! Kudos to all the staff as they made my stay smooth and pleasant. Location was excellent- many dining options just right outside the lobby!

We stayed at the Four Points for two nights in Chihuahua as we were beginning a Copper Canyon tour. It seems like a great business hotel, modern and well equipped, but it lacked the regional flavor that we wanted on a vacation. The location is convenient to nearby restaurants, stores (and a bank which we needed since we had just arrived). But it felt like a hotel that could have been in any city. So, great for business but not particularly atmospheric. Decent (but not great) breakfast, good wifi and other basics.

Roof Top was unavailable, such a disappointment, that was one of the main reasons why i chose that hotel over the others and to notice that whas lame, plus no one told us until we asked them, and their response was very rude, i will never stay at four points again and will tell others my bad experience, unless i am rewarded somehow
