Excellent Value, Spacious Family Room and Convenient Location
Pros:

Stayed here for 3D2N. Location is excellent—just a short walk from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal, making it very convenient arriving from Singapore. Many restaurants, cafés and convenience stores within walking distance.

Had a Triple Room, which was spacious, clean and perfect for our family of three. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was well maintained, and housekeeping did a good job throughout our stay.

The hotel's signature yellow-and-white theme creates a bright, modern and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step into the lobby.

Breakfast offered a good variety considering the room rate, enough to start the day well.

Enjoyed a full-body massage after a day of sightseeing and shopping, which was very convenient without having to leave the hotel.

Cons:

Pillows were soft and not enough, sleep could have been better.

So far, I like the friendly staff and the smooth check-in process. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast also good. Nothing to complain at the moment.

Spacious/comfy room, great location, nice staff, and top-notch service. Definitely worth the price!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Yello Hotel. The room was spacious and matched the photos online. A pleasant surprise was the sea and city view from our room.

From check-in to check-out, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff not only delivered excellent service but also seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. Their camaraderie and cheerful teamwork created a warm atmosphere that made us feel well cared for throughout our stay.

Disappointed!
Pros:

Location, friendly staff

Cons:

Poor management. No quality control before guest check in. TV, Phone, bedside lights all didn’t work. The lights were fixed eventually. No phone to call for services. TV was not working even after they checked and we could not view the room service menu or order anything. It was a miserable stay.
No vanity mirror except for the one on the bathroom. No hand wash soap, I had to buy my own.
Not a good impression for an Ascott branding.
