Wir haben uns wirklich wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben, war immer jemand da.

Sie haben sogar unseren Koffer gewogen und später aus dem Zimmer in die Lobby gebracht. Auch bei der Suche nach guten Restaurants in der Nähe haben sie uns geholfen. Beim Ankommen und vor der Abreise gab es noch einen Kaffee :)

Alle waren wirklich nett, freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

A distinguished hotel located in a quiet, non-touristy area, conveniently close to the Metro Park Sefaköy metro station. The location offers a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere while still providing easy access to public transportation.

The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist guests whenever needed. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping service ensuring a consistently comfortable stay.

Another advantage is the availability of parking spaces, which is particularly convenient for guests travelling by car.

Although the breakfast selection does not vary significantly from one day to another, it is plentiful, fresh, and satisfying, offering more than enough to ensure that you leave the table feeling well-fed.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hotel without hesitation. It offers a comfortable stay, excellent hospitality, cleanliness, and a convenient location at a very good standard.

Bettwanzen eine Katastrophe, Netflix TOP, Zimmer ohne Bettwanzen ok, Ausstattung traurig
Pros:

War aufgrund einer OP dort und 32-Zoll TV und Netflix mit schnellem Internet waren meine Rettung und der Hauptgrund der Buchung

Cons:

Das schlimmste was passieren konnte ist eingetreten. Meine Frau wurde am ganzen Körper von Bettwanzen gestochen (Zimmer 211). Dies wurde von einem Arzt in Deutschland bestätigt zu dem sich meine Frau leider nach unerträglichem Juckreiz begeben musste.
Die anderen Dinge im Hotel hätten für mich eine Bewertung im mittleren Bereich erreicht wie z.B. die Toilettenschüssel schief montiert, Zimmersafe nicht angeschraubt (Dübel und Schrauben lagen innen drin) und keine Haken für Handtücher, Jacken etc.
Dusche war Überkopf nur ein Rinnsal und ständiger Wechsel zwischen heiß und kalt.
Personal bis auf die Zimmermädchen und den netten schwarzen Mitarbeiter eher lustlos.
Frühstück bestand jeden Tag aus demselben vorgefertigten Teller und die Rühreier standen in einer Schale ohne Warmhalte-Platte.....wäre alles leicht zu beseitigen mit etwas Willen dazu.
Die schlechte Bewertung wurde aufgrund der Bettwanzen abgegeben und der Tatsache, dass sich das Hotel bis heute nicht dazu geäußert hat.

لكن كان الإفطار وعامل المطبخ غير جيد

رائحة التدخين مزعجة داخل الغرفة
وقد طلبت غرف لغير المدخنين

5 zile ok in Turcia
Pros:

Hotelul foarte ok.. cu personal primitor... curat, camera oferita pentru 3 persoane spațioasă, dotată corespunzător..curățenie se făcea în fiecare zi in camera, se schimbau prosoapele zilnic.

Cons:

Eu aș spune recomandări....atenție mai mare la micile defecte.. (aveți nevoie de un handyman care sa repare micile defecte care apar).. aerul condiționat a refulat condensul în cameră si lipsa unei persoane care sa-l repare in weekend a dus la schimbarea camerei ... Ok.. dar .. neplăcut dupa ce te instalezi(apreciem soluționarea problemei)...
Un alt punct la care recomand să mai lucreze... micul dejun... ok dar nu sa-l primesti absolut la fel 5 dimineți la rând... Ar trebui diversificat, schimbat..

Страхотно хотелче. ПРЕПОРЪЧВАМЕ!!!

Персонала много любезен и услужлив. Стаите безупречно чисти(адмирации на камериерките). Всеки ден се почистват стаите,на третия ден дори ни смениха и чаршафи. Малко разнообразие на закуската,но беше достатъчна. Благодарим Ви. Ще Ви посетиме отново.

Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding

Ruim kamer, in het algemeen schoon

Cons:

Ontbijt, geen keuzes, ieder dag een klaar gezetten bord. In Turkije krijg je meestal een rijke buffet ontbijt. airco ging steeds uit, en toen ik het meldde was de meneer niet zo vriendelijk
