Pros:

Really nice place to stay In Tam Coc. The room was lovely and clean, good AC and hot water as well as mini fridge. The staff are an absolutely lovely family who were so welcoming and helpful. The homestay provides bikes and mopeds for hire as well as transfers and tours. There is breakfast included for those who book with the room. Great location just off the main strip however can be quite loud at night with close by karaoke and music. Would recommend staying here.

Can be loud at night due to location and also can hear the main foyer clearly from the room, but not a huge issue at all.

J’ai upgradé ma chambre à mon check in parce que j’ai cherché à me reposer pendant cette nuit. J’ai payé 2,50€ de plus pour avoir un lit double dans une chambre partagée plus grande. La propriétaire était très gentille. Je lui ai expliqué que je devais partir tôt le matin et que je devais avoir mon petit déjeuner avant l’heure habituelle. Elle a fait de sorte de tout me préparer pour ne pas perdre du temps.
Je suis allé de Ninh Binh le lendemain en excursion à halong bay.

Posizione eccellente davanti al tour di Tam coc.
La sua posizione pur essendo centrale eccelle nel silenzio e nella pace con una piscina per rinfrescarsi.
Ottimo servizio anche di noleggio moto e bici in loco.
