Unexpected
Pros:

Location was good in the centre of Hat Yai town with lots happening at day and night.

Cons:

Room laminated floor is wrapping and it was held down by tape, by it was bad and some area actually cut your feet.
Bathroom is badly molding at shower glass and floor/wall., and other area.
Not enough power plug at wall of head bed side.(only one side available)

Cons:

We felt uncomfortable staying in the hotel room. The carpet was damp and had an unpleasant odor, while the toilet ceiling was dented and damaged. The reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming, which left us with a negative impression and spoiled our mood that day.

Satisfying but i am not going to revisit.
Pros:

It’s location is superb, i just walked to the night market and nearby shops easily

Cons:

The lift is small, the room has lizards and ants (which i really despise), the parking was confusing and guard didn’t show us the indoor parking though there were still a few vacant spots. Sound proof is really really poor, the water pressure could be improved
