A very nice stay in Rome if you want space and of course a washing machine.
Pros:

The property was clean, had very good space set up with kitchen, washing machine and dryer. It’s located near grocery store, pastry shop and pizza place which were all very good. It had good water pressure for nice showers. I like the fact that it has an essential closet to get extra towels, coffee pods, etc.

Cons:

It’s far from the tourist attractions. It’s about 30 minutes walk, however there is a tram station close by. No direct route to the Vatican though.

Alors que nous étions dans la navette entre aéroport et Rome, nous avons reçu un message de Numa nous informant que le logement réservé n'était plus disponible, et nous proposant de nous rembourser !?!?!
Je leur ai dit de trouver une solution, ce qu'ils ont finalement fait ( 2 heures d'attente). Ils nous ont aussi dit qu'il nous ferait un rabais de 15 % sur le prix de notre location à titre de dédommagement. A ce jour, c'est 15 % ne nous ont toujours pas été versés.
Merci d'intervenir auprès d'eux afin que cela soit fait dans les opus brefs délais

The room was spacious, spotless, and functional.

Both the living room and bedroom were spacious enough, and having a washer-dryer was very convenient, especially for a longer stay. The check-in process was straightforward and hassle-free.

Cons:

The accommodation itself was perfectly fine, and we had no issues with the room or the facilities. However, during our stay, guests on other floors were frequently making noise late at night. There was repeated door slamming and loud shouting in the hallways, especially during our first two nights. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep and affected our overall experience.

Very comfortable stay
Pros:

Wonderful stay at Numa, perfect for a weekend getaway with spacious rooms, which gave a very homely vibe. Located close to a Tram/Bus station, it's very convenient to reach Rome city within 10-12 minutes.

Cons:

A bit of human interaction is needed. It's very cumbersome to reach out to the WhatsApp agent, who sometimes doesn't have all the answers and connecting to the human agent takes a bit of time.

Pros:

The apartment was extremely clean, essentials closet is a great little bonus for when you find yourself running out of small things. Location is on a very nice quiet street. Customer service was extremely helpful and very very nice whenever I had a question.

Cons:

The sofa bed unfortunately is not really suitable for sleeping, because it isn't flat: it bends upwards at the top and the bottom which makes the back hurt. We had to put it back as a sofa so the person could sleep, but if two people need to sleep on it, it could be a real issue that needs to be looked into.

Pros:

The appartment is very modern, exactly as show in the photos. The facilities are very good and the building very quiet. The neighborhood is great, very close to Trastevere, tram, buses and train station

Cons:

The sofa-bed in the living room is not very comfortable. One thing we didn't enjoy during our stay is that there is no cleaning services. We stayed for 4 nights and there was no cleaning or extra toilet paper.
