Een absolute aanrader! Zeer prettig en net hotel.
Pros:

Eigenlijk het hele plaatje klopt. Super nette en grote kamers, sanitair goed op orde (zeker niet overal in Sri Lanka is dit het geval) en een heerlijk zwembad bovenop het dak met prachtig uitzicht.
Daarnaast hadden we een klein probleempje met onze tuktuk; de manager én assistent manager zijn direct op de motor gesproken en met ons meegereden naar het centrum, voor het geval de tuktuk zou uitvallen of als er problemen waren.

Wij zouden hier zonder twijfel direct weer boeken.

Super ruime kamer met een geweldig bed en vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Het is alleen goed om te weten dat het stadscentrum niet op loopafstand te doen is. Dit is niks ten nadelen van het hotel zelf, maar goed om te weten!
Daarnaast is het wellicht een idee om de prijzen in het hotel enigszins gelijk te trekken met restaurants. Zo houd je klanten eerder in het hotel. De prijzen liggen gevoelsmatig hoger dan buiten het hotel.

Lovely hotel with really friendly staff
Pros:

Huge room with a kitchen just a short distance from the centre of Kandy so it was nice and quiet. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was delicious. They have a beautiful rooftop infinity pool with views over the trees.

Hele mooi kamer. Super netjes. Mooi zwembad en heerlijk ontbijt.

Le personnel est extraordinairement gentil et attentionné. Ils sont tous aux petits soins pour nous.
La chambre était très grande.
Le restaurant est très bon.

Cons:

Il est un peu excentré mais cela permet de fuir le tumulte de Kandy. On peut être en centre ville en 5 mn de tuk tuk.

2 nachten Ceylon Ayu Resort in Kandy
Pros:

Het hotel is buiten het drukke centrum van Kandy gelegen. Het is voorzien van een lift en heeft op de bovenste etage een mooi zwembad en een restaurant. De 2 kamers die we hadden geboekt waren enorm, er was zelfs een aparte keuken waar gekookt kon worden. We hebben twee nachten geslapen in het hotel en zeer tevreden over de netheid, personeel en de service van het hotel. De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De gerechten die gemaakt worden door de chef (veel buitenland ervaring) waren superlekker. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding in het restaurant uitstekend
