Pros:

We loved everything about this accommodation, it was spacious, easy to keep cool, clean and the washer/dryer was really helpful.

Being shoulder season the accommodation was not busy and very quiet.

We also really enjoyed the private plunge pool to cool off jn the hot evenings.

Pros:

Grundsätzlich sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage

Cons:

1. Kakerlake im Zimmer
2. Außenpool am Balkon sehr kalt, daher nicht nutzbar
3. Es roch etwas muffig im Zimmer.

Mit den ersten drei Punkten kann ich noch leben, es kann eben nicht immer alles perfekt sein.

4. Zahlung einer Provision auf einer externen Seite war erforderlich. Würde ich in Zeiten des mittlerweile professionellen Phising (über booking gebuchte Reisen war ich schon 2x von solchen Versuchen betroffen) nicht mehr machen.
Wir reisen viel aber das war das erste Mal dass es so gemacht wurde.

5. Ein persönlicher Gegenstand (personalisierte Kappe) wurde leider von uns bei der Abreise vergessen. Auf Anfrage ob es möglich wäre uns diesen nach Cancun nachzuschicken wurde uns das zu einem Aufpreis von 30 $ plus Postgebühren (es war selbstverständlich klar dass wir die Postgebühren übernehmen) angeboten.
Finde ich leider nicht sehr kundenfreundlich und kenne ich auch anders.

Insofern war der Aufenthalt in
Summe leider sehr enttäuschend und mit einem bitteren Nachgeschmack.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Sehr modern eingerichtet, super sauber und gemütlich. Viele Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Parkplatz war jederzeit frei und die Waschmaschine war super!

Cons:

Wer täglich am Pool liegen möchte, muss damit rechnen, dass es phasenweise keine freien Liegen gibt. Auch sind diese, da bestehend aus Holz und ohne Auflagen, nicht wirklich bequem. Uns hat es allerdings nicht gestört, da wir sie nur selten nutzten.

An unforgettable jungle retreat with perfect attention to detail and exceptional comfort.

It’s very hard to put this hotel into words. I would say the hotel grounds feel like an incredible natural oasis in Tulum. Our room was on the first floor, and when we stepped out onto the terrace, we were greeted by real jungle, which made the whole experience absolutely amazing.

The room itself had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay — even scissors for cleaning shrimp! The bed was wonderful, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything necessary. Literally every detail in the room has been thoughtfully designed.

I would love to say a huge thank you to everyone who designed and maintains this place in such outstanding condition. If we ever come back to Mexico, we will definitely return here again!

Every corner of the property can serve as a perfect photo spot. In addition to the small private pool in the room, there was also an excellent shared pool.

Within walking distance of the hotel, you can find a large number of bars. At the same time, they are far enough away that you won’t hear any noise from them on the hotel grounds.

Cons:

As for the downsides — the only one I can mention is the need for a car or scooter to get to the beach area. However, for us, this was not a drawback at all.

Good place for a couple of days in Tulum
Pros:

Parking in front of the apartments
We had a small issue with the A/C and it was solved within 10min
Very nice room very good bed
Overall great stay

Cons:

Water pressure very (very) low
Private pool was full of leaves and nothing to clean it was available

Piękny apartament w centrum Tulum.
Pros:

Bardzo ładny apartament, wygodny i pięknie urządzony. Fajna lokalizacja - w pobliżu dobrych restauracji i kawiarni. Przy apartamencie znajduje się basen z podgrzewaną wodą. W trakcie pobytu mieliśmy awarię podgrzewacza wody, która została rozwiązana w ciągu godziny. Bardzo dziękujemy za tak szybkie rozwiązanie problemu!!

Moderne Apartments in top Lage
Pros:

Die Apartments sind perfekt in La Veleta gelegen. Es ist eines der neueren Viertel von Tulum, mit modernen Geschäften und Restaurants. Man fühlt sich komplett sicher! Das Apartment war sehr modern, sauber und hat alles gehabt, was man für einen Aufenthalt von einer Woche braucht (wir hatten nur gefrühstückt und sonst außerhalb gegessen). Der Pool war perfekt zum entspannen und auch der große Balkon waren sehr praktisch. Nachts war es weitesgehend ruhig. Der Kontakt mit dem Host verlief super und wir bekamen viele hilfreiche Tipps zum Transport, Scooter-Verleih etc.

Cons:

Es war alles super, wenn dann haben wir nur minimale Verbesserungsvorschläge: der Kühlschrank war die erste Zeit sehr laut. Wir hatten ihn dann wärmer eingestellt und das Problem damit behoben. Die Kaffeefilter waren leer und im Supermarkt fand man nur XXL-Packs. Da wäre es super gewesen einen kleinen Vorrat direkt zu haben.
