Zrušená rezervácia par hodin pred príchodom
Cons:

Zrusili nam rezervacku 4 hodiny pred checkinom a museli sme si narychlo hladat nove ubytovanie pocas najrusnejsieho dna v roku 1.maja v Berlíne. Aj to sme zistili asi len so šťastím. Chceli sme si skor do budovy odlozit batozinu, PIN kod mal fungovat aj na hlavny vchod. Nefungoval, tak sme kontaktovali podporu a ked sa nam po dlhom case konecne podarilo spojit so živým človekom a nie s robotom, o chvilu nam len prisla zrušená rezervácia.

Super wypad na koncert
Pros:

Jeśli ktoś przyjechał na koncert do U Areny, to mogę spokojnie polecić to miejsce. Nic więcej nie trzeba. Na piechotę do Areny 5 minut. Cała miejska komunikacja pod nosem. Całodobowy parking w East City Mall. Mnóstwo knajp w okolicy.

Cons:

Podwórko jest brudne i pełne śmieci. Samo wejście do budynku może odstraszyć ale można się przyzwyczaić.

Nice location and clean
Pros:

It was very central and easy to get around. The room was clean and well set up.

Cons:

The second bed was quite uncomfortable (a sofa pull out). We thought it would be great for three of us, but it would probably only work for kids really.

War ok. Das finden war nicht so easy.
Pros:

An auch ok. Minimalistisch ausgestattet aber alles sehr neu.

Cons:

Unglaublich unangenehmer Geruch. Ich konnte nicht ausmachen woher es kommt. Roch wir nach Teenager Schweiß mit Axe Deo.

Grosse Enttäuschung.
Pros:

Lage war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Wir hatten grosse Mühe mit der digitalen Identifikation, daher die Zugangsdaten erst sehr spät erhalten. Viele unnötige Email-Korrespondenz. Supportmitarbeiter haben sich nicht abgesprochen und waren nicht kompetent. Sehr schlechter Support vor Ort, sowohl telefonisch, wie auch per WhatsApp. WLAN funktionierte nicht. Vertrag wurde nicht eingehalten.

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut und zentral und die Aufteilung der Zimmer war gut für eine 5 köpfige Familie.

Cons:

Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und auch in der Nacht relativ laut (auch wenn die Wohnung in einem Hinterhaus liegt).
Der Kontakt mit Numa läuft erstmal über einen Bot dem man alles 3 mal erklären muss bislang dann an einen Mitarbeiter weiter geleitet wird (diese waren dann hilfsbereit).
Das Fitnessstudio ist nicht im gleichen Haus und man muss (wir haben das dann nicht gemacht) mit der U-Bahn hinfahren und hat nur eine gratis Tagespass.
In der Buchung war auch eine Waschmaschine genannt, die es dann allerdings nicht gab. Nach einigem hin und her wurde dafür dann aber eine Lösung gefunden.
Insgesamt fand ich die Wohnung zu teuer.

Cons:

Fotos+Preis vermitteln Großzügigkeit der Räumlichkeiten, was mitnichten zutrifft. Appartment eng, Mobiliar zusammengestückelt, keine entspannte Sitzmöglichkeit. Wohnungen in Altbau, Treppenhaus vernachlässigt, Hinterhof schmutzig. Viel zu teuer für angebotene Leistung.
