Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. La ubicación fue estupenda 😎
Las vistas eran preciosas y la playa súper tranquila y privada
La comida del restaurante principal no era tan buena, mi habitación no tenía TV ni útiles de aseo.
Una pareja se peleó hasta la 1am escandalosamente y los hoteles jamás intervinieron
Tienen un mirador muy bonito, la comida y la habitacion son excelentes

La ducha de la habitación por ratos se iba a el agua.
La atención de un joven varón en el restaurante de la playa, nos indicaron en recepción qué la atención era hasta las 7 pm pero al acercarnos a las 6h15pm nos dijo que la cocina estaba cerrada y que solo podía dar atención en bebidas.
La Piscina no se veía muy limpia y deberían de indicar el acceso en pendiente hacia las habitaciones.

Mejorar la atención al cliente, es pésima. No limpian bien las habitaciones y no dan facilidades al cliente.
El trato del personal, empatía y asistencia en todo momento.
La vista al mar, aunque no fue la mejor pero fue suficiente para estar cómodo en el local.
Las instalaciones, limpias y cómodas. Todo en buen estado.
Que no hagan actividades que promocionen o fomenten el espacio divertido para niños o bebés. Incluir una piscina pequeña para ellos por ejemplo.
La habitación (Casa Mirador), era de las primeras subiendo la colina, la vista era excelente y la amplitud del balcon con sus tumbonas, muebles y mesa de comedor al aire libre, fue lo mejor.
Sería bueno para varios días, mayor variedad en lo ofrecido como desayuno diario, quizá ofrecer tipo buffet en esa hora de desayuno. Así también tener un espacio de piscina un tanto más grande para niños. Así también ofrezcan información de medios de movilidad, tours, circuitos con sus costos y horarios, para elegir de forma libre. Me tocó pagar el doble por un tours, recomendado por un mototaxista. Entonces para evitar ello, sería bueno contar con esa información desde el hotel.
