Pros:

Le service est très agréable, et cherche à faciliter notre séjour dans leur hotel. Le standing de l'hôtel est à la hauteur de ce qu'on peut attendre au regard du prix, mais le personnel de l'hôtel rend les choses sympathiques (salutations notamment à Mostapha et Ahmad).

Cons:

La vue "jardin" est plutôt une vue "rue"

الفندق سيء جدا وفي الطابق الثالث والرائحة كريهة جدا.
Pros:

لم يعجبني في الفندق الا الطاقم كانوا ودودين جدا ويحبون المساعدة. وكذلك اعجبني خدمتهم لغسل وكي الملابس.
هذا الذي اعجبني في الفندق فقط وعدا ذلك لايوجد شيء جيد.
الغرفة كانت كبيرة

Cons:

المكان في منطقة لا توجد بجنبه اية اسواق او مطاعم.
الافطار كان سيء جدا والرائحة كريهة والبوفيه ليس بما هو مكتوب في البوكننك.
المكان في الطابق في الطابق الثالث يعني الفندق في عمارة ليس خاصة بالفندق.

للاسف مفيش اي مشروبات متوفرة في الغرفة في كاتل بس و كام كيس سكر
للاسف الدش في الحمام بيسرب و مش كويس
باب البلكونه كله زجاج و الستارة الغامقة اللي عليه مش بطوله
الاضاءة في الغرفة ضعيفة جدا
الكرسي اللي في الغرفة غير مريح تماما
