Staff were friendly and pleasant, the room was clean, breakfast was nice and the location is great! Plus the view of the town centre from the room which was given to us was very nice.
The main disappointment was that some of the facilities advertised were not available as expected during my stay.
The spa was one of the reasons I chose this property, but they only let me know after booking that it operates on very limited hours (and is closed on Mondays). Unfortunately, this meant I was unable to use the facilities during my stay. It would be helpful if the operating schedule were made clearer before booking so guests can make an informed decision.
The same applied to parking. Parking is listed as available, which gave me the impression that the hotel would be able to accommodate guests arriving by car. However, upon arrival I was informed that all spaces were occupied. Clarifying that parking is subject to availability would help set expectations and avoid disappointment.
As both the spa and parking facilities influenced my choice of accommodation, it was unfortunate that I was unable to make use of either during my stay.

Aspect ponosit. Lenjeria de pat tăiată. Ușa de la duș nu se închide, astfel că baia se umple de apă. Finisaje grosiere. Micul dejun foarte slab. M-am simțit un turist de mâna a doua când mi s-a spus că nefiind cazate multe persoane micul dejun bufet s-a metamorfozat. Când vă lăudați că sunteți singurul hotel de 5 stele din oraș, trebuie să aveți camere cu adevărat de 5 stele și servicii asemenea.

il n'était pas judicieux d avoir le gel douche pour le corp et cheveux a l'extérieur de la douche près du lavabo, et seulement un shampoing dans la douche. et il m'a manqué un dentifrice qui a mon sens est plus précieux qu'une éponge pour chaussure en cuir.
Am uitat laptop-urile pe un fotoliu in lobby, iar dimineata erau tot acolo, nemiscate. MARE PLUS! Un staff extraordinar.
