Pros:

What’s the exception of one staff member Customer Service was below standards and poor. No regard for customers interest at all.

Cons:

Room seemed like it was not vacuumed in about a month underneath the beds behind the beds, etc. Shower faucet what is probably required a plumber to turn it on if I did not have facilities experience. I’m gonna stop there because there’s nothing positive about the property, location, and or other staff team members. In addition to paying additional money per hour to Extended Stay I was barely able to take a shower and pack my belongings properly. In addition, I was asked to leave the property and not wait in front for an Uber or a lift that I was expecting. And I’m not sure why they tried to throw the sheriff’s name in there in terms of vacating the property by 3 PM, even if I paid for it. This doesn’t make sense to me. Initially, I thought it was gonna be a nice stay- and also inquired about possibly working there. Poor Management and Customer Service skills overall. Again with the exception of one pleasant lady during check-in, but I never saw her afterwards.

Cons:

The desk and TV stand had spills that were never cleaned off. Every corner had cob webbs, back of sitting chair was broken and the carpets looked like they have not been vacuumed in weeks.

Dreadful facility and horrible conditions.

Cons:

Our room was broken into while we had dinner. There was a plastic bag covering the smoke detector. The room had been smoked in and there were no blankets or pillows on the terrible bed. In 50 years of traveling this was the worst place I have ever seen.

Not good at all. Stayed a few times years ago and it was a nice hotel. In bad shape now.
Pros:

The two young ladies that tried to take care of me were very nice. They did not have what they needed to do a good job. The pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

There was no security, doors wide open at night. No vending machine, no ability to even purchase a bottle of water, one light in bathroom did not work. TV was terrible, not much channels/access. I ordered a meal and the vendor did not send plastic ware, there was not even one fork in the entire hotel that I could use for the rice I ordered. No plates, only came up with two plastic knives. Dark, outdated, very worn. Terrible rain storm and my ceiling leaked.
