Die Aussicht war gut. Schöner Blick über die Stadt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr groß.

Cons:

Für zwei Personen wenig Handtücher. Eine Einweghaube für die Dame zum Duschen wäre extrem hilfreich gewesen. Eine Toilettenbürste hab ich auch vermisst. Gut in Südamerika nicht üblich aber bei dem Preis wäre es sehr angebracht

Muy malo el servicio en todo el hotel
Empezando porque solicité dos copas y disque cobraban por llevarlas a la habitación. Que horror.
En la piscina pedí una botella de agua y disque se demoraban 45 minutos en llevarla
Y lo peor, cuando fui a salir del Parqueadero disque tenía que pagar una tarifa del 50%. Como es posible que le cobren Parqueadero a los huéspedes. No hay derecho. Y como si fuera poco una de las recepcionistas a la que le hice el reclamo fue demasiado desatenta .
Pueden estar seguros que a ese hotel nunca volveré

La Ubicacion es excepcional, esta en una zona tranquila muy segura

La limpieza general del Hotel, las ventanas, las paredes de cristal del comedor y los ascensores estaban realmente sucios. El Blackout de las ventanas de la habitacion esta destruido en un muy mal estado, carece de gimnasio y la piscina es realmente peque;a y merece una mejor limpieza!! No Hay agua de cortesis en las Habitaciones con el costo de la habitacion es lo minimo que se espera.
