Персонала е супер мил! Винаги са насреща за помощ! Страхотно отношение!!!!

Cons:

Не ми хареса, че водата в басейна беше студена! Но, това, което най не ми хареса е, че стаята ни беше от страната на главния път и имаше адски много шум от коли почти през цялата вечер!!!! Това е недопустимо! Трябва да се помисли за изолация на шума!!!

A relaxing retreat in Banja Luka
Pros:

Wellness Spa Hotel Jola has rooms at excellent rates with several amenities that make the place feel a lot more luxurious than other hotels at a similar price range. I especially enjoyed being able to use the Spa and Wellness Center in the evenings after doing sightseeing and activities in Banja Luka. In the mornings, the property offered an excellent breakfast with staff that gave a lot of care and attention to their guests during their meal. The room I was in was modern, clean, and comfortable and I also appreciated that the hotel accepted payment by credit card.

Cons:

The location is both an asset and a downside. The hotel is located near the popular MyWay restaurant that serves delicious Serbian food and has a shopping centre with a supermarket within walking distance, but it is a little bit far from the city center of Banja Luka for those who do not have a car (30-40 minutes walking).
