Nous avons passé 17 nuits au Blue Turtle Hotel en famille, avec nos deux enfants de 14 et 17 ans, et nous avons vécu un séjour absolument merveilleux. Tout était réuni pour passer de magnifiques vacances : un hôtel à taille humaine, un cadre exceptionnel, un personnel adorable et un emplacement idéal.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis, notamment par Nicky à la réception, qui a été d’une grande aide tout au long de notre séjour et avec qui nous avons particulièrement apprécié pouvoir échanger en français. L’ensemble du personnel est souriant, poli, attentionné et toujours disponible.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et parfaitement équipées, avec une literie agréable et surtout un calme très appréciable. L’hôtel est entouré d’une végétation luxuriante qui lui donne une atmosphère paisible et dépaysante.

L’emplacement est également un véritable atout : à seulement une dizaine de minutes à pied du centre de Chaweng, ce qui permet de profiter facilement de l’animation tout en retrouvant le calme de l’hôtel une fois de retour.

La piscine en bord de mer est magnifique, parfaitement entretenue et nous avons toujours trouvé des transats, quelle que soit l’heure de la journée. Un vrai bonheur de pouvoir se détendre face à la mer dans un cadre aussi agréable.

Mais notre véritable coup de cœur mreste le restaurant. Nous y avons mangé tous les jours pendant notre séjour ! La carte est variée, avec des plats pour tous les goûts, et tout était absolument délicieux. Le service est irréprochable, avec une équipe aux petits soins, le tout avec une vue incroyable sur la mer, digne d’une carte postale polynésienne.

Après 17 nuits passées au Blue Turtle, nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et surtout l’envie d’y revenir. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent un endroit calme, chaleureux et confortable, avec un excellent service, tout en restant proche du centre de Chaweng.

Séjour en famille extra. Confort++++. Service aux petits soins. Boutique hôtel kids friendly (ça existe ??) avec plein de jeux. Taille humaine très appréciable. Moins cher que la concurrence, nous avions peur d'une mauvaise surprise. Eh bien pas du tout. L'aéroport n'est pas loin mais pas de nuisances liées à la proximité finalement relative. Nous craignions les travaux proches de la réception à cause des avis. Aucune nuisance. Une place très chouette, bars, restos, activités nautiques et massages sur la plage. Et proximité de différents night markets. Les enfants ont adoré et nous aussi. On y retournera on espère !!!

The location on the quiet part of Chewang Beach

Wunderschöner Strand mit ganz feinem Sand, toller Pool mit ausreichend Liegen. Gratis Trinkwasser. Schöner, ruhiger Garten.

Lovely family accommodation (one of the few places during our travels that we were able to book a family suite). Our studio was above reception. It was fairly small but ok for a couple of nights but may have found it difficult for any longer as there is not wardrobe or storage space so we lived out of our cases. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bedding and towels were good quality and perfectly clean. There are building works which we weren’t told about and is very unsightly but this is at the front of the property so didn’t impact our stay as they didn’t start super early and we spent most of our time at the pool/beach end of the resort. The food at the onsite restaurant was reasonable and there was a lovely little Reggae bar and restaurant right next door which is very handy as this is the quiet end of Chaweng Beach and a good 15 min walk along from the busy part of beach/town area, which we liked to be honest. The staff were super friendly and worked hard, special mentions to the receptionist who could not have been more kind and helpful and to the pool guy who I saw cleaning and covering/uncovering the beds every day.

The staff at the property are all lovely, so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much, especially Nikki and Ja on the reception desk. There is an amazing bar next door that we ate and drank in too, again, staff were lovely and the food, drinks and atmosphere were fantastic.

Das gesamte Personal war extrem freundlich und die Lage ist einfach super. Der Strand ist ein Traum, teilweise schwer mit dem rein gehen wegen dem Riff aber das wussten wir und stellt kein Mangel da, es ist daher so schön anzuschauen.

We had a wonderful stay with our two kids and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel pool was greatand The food throughout our stay was fantastic, especially the breakfast spread, which had plenty of great options to start the day right. Also the 7 11 in across the street made our life easy.

The only minor thing to keep in mind is that the beach right in front of the hotel is quite rocky, so entering the water directly from the property is a bit tricky. Other than that, everything was super good, from the overall vibe to the service. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to any family visiting Koh Samui!
