Servicen var fantastisk! Välskött och fint hotell!
Pros:

Hotellet var superbra, trevligt bemötande av all personal och servicen var otrolig. Maten på restaurangen var vällagad och god och det fanns mycket att välja på.
Poolområdet var fint, fanns både låg del och en lite djupare del. Strandremsan precis utanför hotellet var välskött, solstolar även nere vid stranden.
Rummet var fint städat och sängarna bekväma och inte så hårda.
Ett riktigt plus var att man fick glasflaskor under vistelsen som man själv gick och fyllde på med kallt vatten. Mycket plast som sparas in tänker vi.
För oss fanns det inget att anmärka på alls gällande själva boendet.

Cons:

Detta är ju enbart vad man är ute efter och detta är vår åsikt eftersom vi var ute efter mer strandbad än bara pool.
Hotellet ligger i ena delen av den långa stranden och där var fint att bada och sand så man kan gå ut men också en del koraller och stenar.
Vi upptäckte att den mera fina sanden utan så mycket koraller och den ännu mer badvänliga delen av stranden ligger en bit bort så vill man bada mycket och är ute efter fin strand så ligger detta hotellet lite avsides. Promenad dit ca 10-15 min.
Dock är ju detta inget som drar ner betyget för själva hotellet i sig, hotellet i övrigt ger vi 10/10.

Lovely pool and beachside setup with the restaurant on one side and a beautiful beach on the other. Really nice room, our 2 kids very comfortable there. Aircon was brilliant!

Cons:

The two levels in the villa room is a very nice feature but the steps are tricky with small kids.

Mooi complex met comfortabele kamers/cabins met super personeel.
Pros:

De hygiëne en de behulpzaamheid van het personeel.

Cons:

Dat er een bebouwing gaande was wat toch wel met wat overlast gepaard ging. Dit staat nergens vermeld. Zonder was het een dikke 9.

We loved the Blue Turtle! We would definitely recommend and return!
Pros:

We loved everything about the Blue Turtle. The location was perfect right on the beach and away from the hustle and bustle. Rooms are very comfortable and very clean. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The grounds were very well kept and maintained. Making the atmosphere at the Blue Turtle exceptional!

The villa was just nice and cosy for us. We were greeted and served by Celio who was very friendly and gave detailed information regarding the beach (where is safe for us to walk around) and good recommendations for the fire show at fisherman's wharf.

The hotel also has a restaurant which served good food. We were also served by Kan who also friendly prompt to serve.

Overall experience was great, all the staffs are friendly and has nice personalities.

Cons:

There were a lot of mosquitos.

Ce fut un séjour incroyable, un grand merci à Nikki pour l'accueil et son français parfait, à tous le personnels ultra souriant, chaleureux et accueillant. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idyllique, tout est très propre et le restaurant délicieux, mention spécial pour le Massaman !
Et un grand merci également aux propriétaires, pour vos recommandations qui nous ont fait passer une soirée de rêve !
