Buena experiencia
Pros:

Tiene desayuno incluido. Es un lugar céntrico cerca al óvalo Pachacútec donde pasa bastante movilidad. Encuentras de todo por los alrededores. Las instalaciones, servicios y atención son muy buenos

Cons:

Podría ser que no tuve una mesa en el cuarto ya que eso me hubiera servido para poder trabajar.

el personal, desde que llegue, no me atendieron como debe ser, como que me miraron de pie a cabeza, no me mostraron ni como usar el asesor a pesar de que no sabia ni me ofrecieron wifi ni tampoco que había un espacio para servirse te.., encima me dijo un joven si podía cancelar la reserva para que no le cobre Brooking la comisión, lo cual me creo incomodidad porque nosotros pagamos un ponto adicional por el tema de la cancelación anticipada..., pero bueno...

Very good price. Clean and quiet (if your room neighbors don't go wild and crank up the volume on the TV). Location: In a quiet alley. Close to the bus terminal. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Nothing to complain, just bear in mind not to expect a high end hotel for the price: 15-20 min walk to Plaza de las Armas. Water pressure is a bit low. Breakfast is rather basic.

The hotel was good 10 years ago. It is run down.
Pros:

The staff did everything they could to help, but the hotel is too rundown.

Cons:

It was old, furniture was broken. Lights fixtures broken, mirror broken, closet broken. Toilet broken. The beds full of dust and gum. The sheets with blood stains. There were spiders. No hot water. Parking is street parking, private parking is additional fee one block away.

Mal servicio, atención horrible, no resuelven nada. Mala actitud del personal. En el desayuno, carecen de insumos y siempre el servicio es pésimo, parece que te hicieran un favor.

Decepção
Pros:

O quarto tinha bom espaço e boa decoração.

Cons:

O pior, o chuveiro quase não sai agua, horrível especialmente em um local frio como Cuzco. Péssimo, a limpeza também não foi a contento.
