It is clean and comfortable the price is reasonable

The staff is polite but their experience is low ..
I have booked 2 appointments one 2 rooms and living area and the other is 1 room and a living area . Upon arrival they informed me that apartment of 2 rooms+ 1 living is unavailable as it is overbooked .. this was horrible for us especially after 600 km driving.. I have tried to tell them to replace me with same number of units .. the total in my booking was 3 rooms and 2 livings so they should offer me instead 2 apartment (1 room + 1 living) in addition to a single room so the total units stays as per my booking but this was hard for them to understand or to accept at the end they agree after I offer them to pay a difference.. thanks God the difference wasn't good but they showed significant inflexiblity although the problem is theirs
