Faultless stay
Pros:

Amazing location right behind cafe de mar. Comfortable bed and lovely modern bathroom. Unlike other Ibiza hotels it was so quiet which meant we had a great night sleep . Staff were friendly , breakfast was great .

Cons:

Our balcony looked over the street so wasn’t particularly scenic

Pros:

The location is great close to Cafe Mambos, Cafe Del Mar and Space.

Cons:

The rooms had dysfunctional air conditioning, leaving the room operating at 26 degrees. Despite reporting this to numerous staff, they did nothing. On check out they advised they offered a change, which they had not, no one would refuse a room change from a 27degree room. The staff then accused me of lying about the room change offer, very poor customer service.

Perfect location in San Antonio, right next to Space, Cafe Del Mar and Mambo. Wonderful rooftop with amazing sunset views.
