מלון מצוין במיקום נדיר, משופץ ומאובזר בטוב טעם
Pros:

חדר ומלון נקיים ברמה מקצועית. הכל חדש ומאובזר בטוב טעם ובציוד מעולה. הצוות אדיב ועוזר בכל דבר
קרוב למרכז. מרחק 2 דקות מבית הכנסת הגדול, מסעדת שלום עלכם, מסעדת ג׳רוסלם. מים רותחים במקלחת, ארון, כספת, מקרר, יש מרפסות בחלק מהחדרים. נהנו מאד וחזרנו 3 פעמים

השמפו מזכיר את הבושם דקלרשן- יש כאלה שאוהבים ויש כאלה שלא

Centrally located but too noisy.
Pros:

Supportive, friendly, nice and multilingual staff. Hotel opened December 2024 so all still quite new and in proper condition.

Centrally located with loads of interesting places close by. Which has disadvantages, too.

Cons:

Absurd level of soundscape with rooms facing Kote Abkhazi street!

Cacophony of live open air concert from the place across, hundreds of people chatting while strolling the street, cars hooting and speeding up the little road and cabriolet tourist minibuses ultra-sounding the whole neighbourhood with their (awful) party music while their passengers are joining in full throated. At least!

Closed windows do not really help. Rooms facing the inner yard probably will.

קרוב לבית חבד ולמסעדות הכשרות
צוות מקסים
אנחנו שומרי שבת ועובדי המלון גילו סבלנות לפתוח עבורנו את דלת החדר בכל פעם שביקשנו (לאיכולנו לפתוח עם המפתחות האלקטרוניים בשבת).

הגענו משפחה ושמו אותנו בקומות נפרדות למרות שרשמתי למלון לפני . התפצלנו . היינו צריכים לקנות הכל כפול כי לא הבאנו שני תיקי רחצה .
נשאר לי מכנס במרפסת ואף אחד לא נתן מענה . רציתי לחזור לקחת את המכנס אבל אמרו שלא מצאו.
