Staff was young and very helpful, room was very clean and nice , water supply ecology system is amazing, location and view were phenomenal, definitely recommend
Needed more Amenities, at least slippers, body lotion,and vanity kit as nothing was provided except for towels, Breakfast could be improved for the price paid and provided that it’s a 4 stars hotel

Saat 15:00 de odaya giriş biraz geç ama yine de yardımcı oldular ve daha erken bir saatte odaya giriş yapabildik
Posizione ottima, vicina al centro storico, ristoranti e altre attrazioni
Stanza piccola, lo spazio tra il letto e le pareti appena sufficiente per muoversi lateralmente, comodino solo su un lato del letto. La stanza dava sulla strada, molto rumorosa fino a tarda notte. L'elenco dei canali disponibili in TV molto limitato e trasmissioni spesso interrotte. Durante il soggiorno è scattato l'allarme anticendio alle 2:00 di notte: lo staff non ha gestito correttamente l'emergenza. Siamo venuti a sapere che si trattava di un falso allarme (qualcuno aveva fumato in stanza) da uno degli ospiti che rientrava. Inoltre, a seguito dell'allarme, anche l'impianto dell'aria condizionata ha cessato di funzionare in tutto l'albergo. Su richiesta telefonica un membro dello staff è venuto in camera nostra a controllare il termostato digitale dicendo che sarebbe ripartito da lì a due minuti ma in realtà è stato ripristinato solo alle 8:15 del mattino, quando probabilmente è intervenuto un manutentore esterno. Anche la TV non ha più funzionato dopo l'allarme. Quando abbiamo fatto presente la situazione alla persona presente in reception al check-out, questa ha semplicemente sorriso scrollando le spalle.

קרוב למרכז. מרחק 2 דקות מבית הכנסת הגדול, מסעדת שלום עלכם, מסעדת ג׳רוסלם. מים רותחים במקלחת, ארון, כספת, מקרר, יש מרפסות בחלק מהחדרים. נהנו מאד וחזרנו 3 פעמים

בעיות עם המזגנים בחדרים , צריך כל פעם להתקשר ולבקש לטפל בזה .
Supportive, friendly, nice and multilingual staff. Hotel opened December 2024 so all still quite new and in proper condition.
Centrally located with loads of interesting places close by. Which has disadvantages, too.
Absurd level of soundscape with rooms facing Kote Abkhazi street!
Cacophony of live open air concert from the place across, hundreds of people chatting while strolling the street, cars hooting and speeding up the little road and cabriolet tourist minibuses ultra-sounding the whole neighbourhood with their (awful) party music while their passengers are joining in full throated. At least!
Closed windows do not really help. Rooms facing the inner yard probably will.
