הגענו משפחה ושמו אותנו בקומות נפרדות למרות שרשמתי למלון לפני . התפצלנו . היינו צריכים לקנות הכל כפול כי לא הבאנו שני תיקי רחצה .
נשאר לי מכנס במרפסת ואף אחד לא נתן מענה . רציתי לחזור לקחת את המכנס אבל אמרו שלא מצאו.

Cons:

Кровати в номере очень жёсткие и узкие, а шум с улицы делает нормальный отдых практически невозможным.

Я неоднократно обращалась на ресепшен к сотруднику Vako с просьбой переселить меня в другой номер. У меня сложилось впечатление, что он не просто не пытался помочь, а принципиально не хотел решать вопрос и оказывать какое-либо содействие.

Кроме того, в номере была сломана дверь на балкон и неисправен переключатель горячей воды. На мои обращения мне отвечали, что всё работает и что всё было проверено перед моим заездом. В итоге мне пришлось обращаться к менеджеру, чтобы она направила техника. Техник подтвердил наличие неисправностей и устранил их.

Самым неприятным было не наличие проблем в номере, а отношение сотрудника ресепшена. На мои просьбы не реагировали должным образом и не пытались прислушаться к замечаниям. К сожалению, у меня сложилось впечатление, что сотрудник был больше настроен спорить и идти на принцип, чем помогать гостю и решать возникшие проблемы.
