Pros:

The hotel is absolutely lovely, and the location is excellent. The staff are very respectful, friendly, and always smiling. Honestly, this was a pleasant surprise after our experience with people in other places during our trip.
Everyone at the hotel was extremely welcoming, warm, and genuinely helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality and positive attitude.
One of the best things for Arab travelers is that there is a bidet/shattaf in the bathroom — and honestly, this is one of the most important things for us when traveling! 😄
Overall, the hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The hotel doesn’t offer many facilities, and there are a few things that could be improved. There is no tissue box in the room, no slippers, and no bottled drinking water.
Instead, guests have to refill their water bottles from the water dispensers in the corridor. Having complimentary bottled water in the room would definitely be more convenient.
These are small points, though, and they didn’t stop us from having a great stay.

Pros:

Понравилось почти все. Пару моментов - окно открывается совсем не много из ограничителя, а мне хотелось проветрить и чуть больше свежего воздуха. И не смогла допроситься у ресепшен зубной набор и тапочки. В остальном все понравилось.

Highly recommended
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay me and my son. The breakfast each morning was really good. Perfect location for the hotel, staff were always extremely helpful. Room was very nice and kept clean. Hotel stored luggage before and after check in/check out which was also very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Great location and service
Pros:

Loved the location and ease of check in/out. Kept my big suitcase for a couple of nights when I did a side trip. Would highly recommend.
