A lovely stay, enhanced by dealing with Josephine.
Pros:

Nice hotel and grounds. The room was generous, bed comfortable and all amenities. Plenty of parking. Reasonable pub-style food. The highlight of our stay was the barperson/ waitress Josephine. She was charming, friendly and engaging - and amazingly efficient. She was doing the job of three people - at the same time maintaining friendly exchanges with several patrons. She should be proud of herself - as should the hotel cherish her.

Friendly staff food was good nice walk by river Shannon . Good place to unwind .

Pros:

Beautiful location, hotel cottages were perfect for our family group, and the staff were phenomenal. Everyone we met was so kind, welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. So family friendly and staff were fabulous with our little ones!

Very clean,modern, spacious and well equipped garden suite.

Both hairdryers didn’t work. However, once reception were told, they were very quick to come with a working hairdryer.
