Expected more from this hotel
Pros:

I was expecting more from this accommodation. This was my third visit to Valladolid, and I had high expectations for the hotel.

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children (aged 4 and 10), but we were assigned a room that was clearly designed for only two guests. Although the beds are considered double beds, they are not wide enough to comfortably accommodate two people. In fact, our youngest child fell out of bed during the night.

The hotel's facilities are decent, and the location is excellent—it's hard to beat. However, the Wi-Fi was not reliable enough for remote work, which was disappointing.

The pool bar service was also a bit confusing. It wasn't always clear how it operated, and the staff sometimes seemed a little disorganized. That said, they were always friendly, helpful, and did their best to assist. In the end, it is the dedication of the staff that really keeps the hotel running.

The name Mesón del Marqués also creates the expectation of a more traditional, full-service hotel experience, but unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of those expectations.

The Hotel Meson del Marques is the best hotel in Valldolid!
Pros:

We have been coming to this hotel for about 20 years and it remains consistently wonderful! The key staff remembers us and welcomes us warmly every time. The new staff are well trained, very professional and kind as well. On this visit, we especially loved that the hotel offered a special space to watch World Cup matches!
We love Hotel Meson del Marques and can't wait to return!

Pros:

Ubicacion 100, alimnetos 100, servicio 100, en general todo muy bien, regresaremos muchas veces, el mejor hotel de Valladolid sin duda. Muy limpio y muy seguro.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado central no funciono en la noche pero me cambiaron de habitacion a una con mini split y asunto arreglado pero unos amigos llegaron al otro dia y les paso lo mismo, hay que arreglarlo por que es en todo el edificio.

Pros:

Die Lage war super. Direkt neben einem Park, Geschäften, Restaurant. Das Ambiente des hauseigenen Restaurants war einmalig. Bäume und Brunnen inmitten des Hotels, sanfte Musik...sehr schön. Die Bar auf dem Dach bot eine herrliche Aussicht auf den Park/ Kirche und war ein schöner Ort um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Das Frühstücksangebot war ok.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war dunkel und zum Parkplatz raus. Für 2 Nächte ausreichend...aber nicht gerade topp. Wir waren zu 4 und hatten 3 Betten, was wieder vorteilhaft war. Es gab leider keinen Kühlschrank, wo Getränke gekühlt werden konnten.

Zeer slechte ontvangst en sommige medewerkers wisten niet wat ze deden.

De locatie en het gebouw zelf.

Cons:

Kamer niet geschikt voor 3 personen want bedden veel te klein, dus ik moest nog een kamer bijboeken. Fout gemaakt door de staff en ik moest ervoor betalen.

Mooi authentiek hotel, midden in het centrum. Heerlijk verkoelend zwembad. Heel goed en mooi authentiek restaurant, hebben we meerdere keren gegeten. Ook restaurant op dakterras heel goed! Heerlijk ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Wij hadden een 4-persoonskamer met twee 2-persoonsbedden, maar die waren heel klein. Airconditioning was redelijk gehorig. En muren wat dun dus je hoort veel van buiten.

En família a Valladolid
Pros:

Molt bona ubicació al centre de Valladolid i amb un ambient elegant.

Cons:

El personal, sobretot del restaurant, no era tan atent i amable com als altres hotels del nostre viatge. Massa distants i seriosos.
A la piscina hi havia molt poques tumbones per poder-se estirar, només unes 8, tenint en compte la quantitat de hostes.
L'habitació no disposava de nevera, un imprescindible amb la calor que fa a Valladolid.
Els llits dobles són molt petits per dues perdones
