Struttura bella e ben curata, con una splendida piscina, un parcheggio spazioso e un ristorante e patio davvero molto belli. Nel complesso, una struttura piacevole e ben tenuta.
La camera era un po’ troppo piccola e offriva poca privacy.
Location - right in the centre of town on the main square. Free parking. Great breakfast. Big swimming pool. Nice modern bathroom
Looks dated & tired in some areas. Louvered door to ensuite so not much privacy. People can look into room from corridor so again not much privacy.

Aunque es un alojamiento antiguo y por eso con encanto, considero que necesita una pequeña reforma.
Muy bien ubicado en el centro y tiene su estacionamiento, se puede salir a caminar en la noche.
Las ventanas no se pueden abrir si el aire acondicionado está prendido porque solo tienen mosquitero, no tiene ventana. kEl cuarto queda a oscuras si se cierran las ventanas que tienen una persiana fija de madera. Deberían de solucionar eso para que las habitaciones tengan luz natural. El internet es pésimo, funcionan mejor los datos moviles, deberían de solucionarlo ya que hoy en día la gente lo usa constantemente.

L’aria condizionata non ha funzionato nelle due notti del nostro soggiorno. In camera abbiamo avuto 29 gradi con un’umidità terribile. L’hotel è vecchio e le foto su Booking non sono veritiere. All’interno i corridoi dove avevamo la camera (1321) erano sporchi. La struttura è vecchia e necessiterebbe di un intervento di manutenzione pesante; la classificazione dell’hotel (5 stelle) non corrisponde alla realtà. L’unico vantaggio è la posizione in pieno centro a Valladolid. - The air conditioning did not work during the two nights of our stay. The temperature in our room reached 29°C, with terrible humidity levels. The hotel is old, and the photos on Booking do not accurately reflect reality. The corridors in the area where our room (1321) was located were dirty. The property is outdated and would require significant maintenance and renovation work. The hotel's 5-star rating does not match the actual standard of the facility.The only advantage is its location, right in the center of Valladolid.
Struttura incantevole, personale gentile e competente, posizione ideale per visitare la città. Parcheggio interno custodito.Ristorante dell’hotel molto bello sia per la colazione che per la cena.
L’unico motivo per cui non ho dato 10 alla struttura è stato il bagno veramente molto piccolo… non c’era neppure lo spazio per il beauty case! Comunque tornerei molto volentieri, magari sceglierei un’altra camera.
L’hôtel est très bien placé et le roof top est incroyable. Un parking pour se garer. Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec un choix important à la carte. Le patio où est servi le petit déjeuner est très beau.
Le wifi est catastrophique, on ne capte rien sauf au restaurant. La literie n’est pas terrible, lit petit et matelas à ressort peu confortable.
Posizione nella piazza centrale, meglio di così. Uno dei migliori ristoranti è interno e hanno anche uno Speakeasy molto carino. Organizzano facilmente gite e spostamenti in tutta la zona circostante con prezzi ragionevoli. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile.
L'arredamento della stanza e la comodità del letto potrebbero essere migliorati, considerando prezzo e benchmark della struttura. Inoltre, mi hanno risposto ai messaggi di booking in cui chiedevo informazioni per uno spostamento con settimane di ritardo. Meglio usare altri canali per parlare con loro!

Realmente todo lo que ví fue de mi agrado. Los paquetes que manejan son muy accesibles . Tal vez podría mejorar la comida de los colchones que son algo duros. Del resto todo excelente.

Camera al piano terra con passaggio pedonale e nel mezzo della via quindi soggetta a rumore dei passanti ecc perché trattasi di via di passaggio
