Le dîner

Cons:

Le manque de compassion et de compréhension de la part de la personne de l accueil vis à vis de nous, ses clients : Certes nous sommes ds la nature donc l araignée, ok ( Elle ne nous à pas piqué durant la nuit, Ouf!) mais la poussière…

レストランのスタッフの方々の対応はとても素晴らしく、親切で丁寧なサービスにとても満足しました。

ただ、宿泊料金やホテルの雰囲気・グレードを考えると、清掃面については残念でした。特に客室の床がかなり汚れており、きちんと清掃されていないように感じました。

この価格帯のホテルであれば、もう少し清潔さにも配慮していただきたかったです。

レストランのサービスにはとても満足していますが、客室の清掃については改善していただければと思います。

Pros:

貸し切りのお風呂もお部屋のお風呂もゆっくり出来てよかったです。

Cons:

ソファーの無い部屋だったのですが、
座椅子の代わりにゆったり出来るクッションとブランケットがあったらと思いました
お部屋のお風呂の温度が高くて、シャワーヘッドをギリギリおいて入りましたが、もう少しシャワーのホースが伸びるとありがたいです。熱湯風呂みたいで笑いながらはいりましたのでたのしかったのですが
また宿泊したいです！

Just don’t!
Pros:

The view was gorgeous and loved the running stream below, which you could hear from our room. I appreciate the semi-open air onsen in concept.

Cons:

This was nothing like the reviews. The property is extremely dated and in serious need of a remodel. It was not clean in that the furniture was stained, the carpet smelled and the shower and onsen area showed serious residue. Kind of gross. For the price, this should not have been the case! We paid for half-board which was a huge mistake. The food was horrible and we were both sick for two days after. I cancelled the subsequent meals even though they refused to reimburse me. Think twice before booking here. It’s not at all as advertised. Honestly, when I look at the reviews versus my experience, I wonder if it’s the same property. They must screen out the bad reviews. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. There are several more appealing options in the area!

Wonderful hotel, staff, location.

The staff was incredible!

Hotel should provide ability to purchase food at the restaurant even if you did not get the half or full board package.

Pros:

食事が温泉宿料理ではなく　レストランで食べる料理で　とても美味しかったです
プライベート空間を大切にされている感じがしました

Cons:

建物自体の古さは否めません

The location and staff were wonderful.

Cons:

The room smelt musty, it was dusty and the shower glass looked like it had not been cleaned in some time. The room in general felt worn and tired, I expected much more for the price.
