Clean interesting location and history
Too many stairs without a lift for heavy bags
La gentillesse du personnel surtout au breakfast. Le cadre et l'originalité du lieu
Pas de dans la salle de bain, rideaux pas assez ocultants
All good

Wir hatten nur 5 Tage Zeit
Listed building, spacious rooms with great light /shuttered windows, big bed with good linen. Location view excellent within Royal Fort William. Great garden.
Great room with good facilities. Cosy and clean. Good linens. Fully stocked mini bar and snacks. Loved that classic FM was playing on the radio when I arrived. Room 15 has a great view.
I would've like some water to be included.
Relaxed atmosphere, very clean and staff always helpful

L'emplacement et le cadre
Breakfast was really nice. Enjoyed free drinks voucher. Location really interesting.
Room, although characterful, was on the small side.
Maximum score says it all but having the sister company bistro opposite was a bonus
A bit of tourist information would have been helpful. i.e. where to catch the 34 bus and where to catch the various ferries etc.
Breakfast lovely
only shutters in the room, very warm but there was a fan
