Think I might have just had bad luck with the room - I would go elsewhere for breakfast.
Pros:

Great location, and building. Room was sizeable

Cons:

There was a truly terrible smell in just our room. The windows were open so they must have been trying to clear it. Smelt like hideous wet trainers to the point where I actually tried to find the source of the smell. It cleared over the course of our stay.
Breakfast serving took over 30 mins from order to table even though it only had 2 other people there. One chef seemingly working on one plate at a time. Staff were really lovely - and fine if you are not in a hurry or have to be at work/somewhere. Breakfast was stone cold when it arrived.. I would have not gone if I’d known it would take so very long.

Super verblijf aan South West Coast Path!
Pros:

Leuke locatie, sfeer, goede bedden en douche, authentiek gebouw, ruime kamers, persoonlijke benadering. Heerlijk ontbijt, dichtbij South West Coast Path, veel horeca nabij.

Cons:

Voor de derde persoon in ons gezelschap was de bedbank wat minder comfortabel doordat deze uit elkaar schuiven kan terwijl je erop ligt.

Lovely overnight stay in a great setting.
Pros:

Lovely setting, really close to the ferry port and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Not so well placed for the city centre but that is a quick taxi ride away. Beautiful gardens and easy access to the sea. We were looked after with a packed breakfast as we had to leave so early in the morning.

Cons:

No coffee pods for the coffee machine in the room. Was disappointed by the hamper full of things with a cost to them, but these things didn’t spoil our stay.

Great for a two night break.
Pros:

Room was spacious, bed was comfy, bedding good quality . Location was good, breakfast was from the sister restaurant across the green from the Admirals House. Parking is easy right by the house, make sure you get a permit from the restaurant. Historic area of Plymouth, the ferry to the Barbican was 5 min walk away.

Cons:

The shower needed a rubber mat and grab rails. No where to put small items of clothing so a chest of drawers would be good. There is no lift here s check before you book what floor you are going to be on. A hand rail going up the steps outside the property would be useful.

An excellent Boutique B&B
Pros:

The whole ambience of the building and the room was excellent . The bedroom had all the facilities I would expect of a good boutique B&B .
I had booked a small double as we only here for one night.

Lovely location, room was quirky but understaffed in all areas

Lots of character , some nice touches

Cons:

Room had a separate toilet and a shower in the bedroom, was quite tight and slightly strange. Dusty in spots and very understaffed at the restaurant . No table in the evening available as not enough staff and breakfast in the morning took 50 mins from ordering to on the table ( English breakfast) , not ideal 😬

Delightful accomodation in a beautiful restored property with great food in your doorstep and stunning setting.
Pros:

Stylish and well thought out. Two fans and a beautiful bathroom. Location allowed for lovely walks and lots to see. Breakfast was fabulous.

Pillows toooo soft. Seems a theme in the UK!

Magnificent well worth a night say.
Pros:

We loved everything about staying and dining here. The setting is first class.
We were often thinking about the Merchant navy ships coming in and out.

Heerlijk, superleuke locatie, hoger kwaliteit.
Pros:

Verrukkelijke bedden, heerlijk geslapen. Ontbijt was in het restaurant. Het was mij niet duidelijk hoeveel je mocht kiezen uit de kaart. Vanuit mijn bescheidenheid te weinig gegeten, wat lastig is als wandelaar op het South West Coast Pathé. Ontbijt was wel goed!

Cons:

Ramen op de slaapkamers konden maar een kiertje open en een raam viel uit elkaar door vermolmd hout.

Sehr beeindruckendes Gebäude mit sehr schönen Zimmer, sehr komfortabel und geräumig - Hotelzimmer top!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider wirklich nicht überzeugend. Die Eier waren bereits kalt, der Bacon hart und trocken und die Portionen teils zu klein. Zudem lange Wartezeit.
