There was no cleaning equipment in the studio like was stated on the message, also there was no cooking equipment for the 2 ring hob no mugs for something to drink and no response from the hosts to rectify this or the fact that the heater was showing an error.

Could have done with shower/bath towels rather than 2 hand towels.

Couldn't find the washing machine or dryer unless somewhere else in the building. Was only 1 towel provided even though I booked for 2 people. Windows were dirty could have had a clean

Stairs

When we arrived the adequate amenities weren’t provided- one fork and towel between two people, even after requesting spares multiple times we were never contacted or given what we needed. The TV remote is broken, we bought new batteries for it and it still didn’t work- this also wasn’t resolved after multiple attempts to contact property owners. There was zero customer service other than the AI lady who kept telling me I would hear from someone about my issues(which clearly never happened) and at some point we just gave up. Door got stuck at one point and we needed help from other residents to get in, because obviously no staff would’ve helped- not to mention the number they provide to call if you have any issues does not work and calls won’t go through to it. Dishes were all dirty when we arrived and I highly doubt the room had been cleaned prior to our stay. No hairdryer, washer or freezer made for a difficult stay. You get what you pay for but I’d recommend going anywhere else.

Πραγματικά καμία εξυπηρέτηση άσχημη εμπειρία μολις φτάσαμε μας έστειλαν email οτι θελουν 100 λίρες αγγλικές για τυχών ζημιές ενώ τους είχαμε πληρώσει και επειδή δεν ξέραμε και φοβόμασταν να τα στείλουμε μήπως ειναι ψεύτικο δεν τα στέλναμε και δεν μπορούσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε με κάποιους είμαστε έξω από το διαμέρισμα σχεδόν 2 ώρες χωρίς να ερχετε κάποιος να μας εξυπηρέτηση μετά με χίλια ζόρια και που αρχίσαμε να κουράζομαστε ήρθε καποιος από το διπλανό κατάστημα και μας βοήθησε να τους βρούμε . Δεύτερο καθημερινα μοίραζε ασχημα απο τσιγάρα ή ακομη και απο χόρτο που καπνιζαν σε αλλα διαμερίσματα υπαρχουν μονο σκαλες ειναι δυσκολο για μεγαλους ανθρωπους Δεν το συστήνω για σοβαρούς ενήλικες ανθρώπους.Εχω πάει σε πολλές χώρες αλλά αυτή ήταν η χειρότερη εμπειρία της ζωής μου απρόσωποι χωρίς να μπορούν να εξυπηρετούν δεν θα το σύστηνα σε κανένα

The mattress was terrible, could not move without springs popping in every direction. The hallway of the building was dirty and the stairs had a strong smell of urine that was rather off putting. The location is nice and central however the street itself is a little sketchy at night and I wouldn’t feel too comfortable as a solo female traveler so something to bear in mind.

no cleaning facilities were supplied. the floor was dirty and dusty and there was rubbish outside our door upon arrival.

The property itself was very clean, which was a real positive and much appreciated. However, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable ; it felt like the springs were gone on both sides, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
It was also a shame that the hallway had a very strong, unpleasant smell, and there was a bin bag left there for the duration of our two-night stay.
I felt comfortable during the stay as I was with a friend, but I don’t think I would have felt as comfortable staying there on my own.

Unacceptable communication. Both in terms of ability to get hold of anyone and in terms of rudeness / lack of customer service. Completely useless AI type phone feature that just loops around. When I did manage to speak to someone she was curt / rude and unapologetic when issues regarding lack of hot water were raised.

Unacceptable smell caused by bin waste being stored inside the building - nauseating levels of odour which nearly made be vomit every time I had to walk through the communal areas. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Foul and unhygienic.

No hot water via the kitchen sink available. I had to boil the kettle to wash up the dishes.

No information provided regarding parking and no one answering calls when I called in advance to seek this option.

Bed was so uncomfortable felt every spring and new mattress is needed. He came back after one night instead of 2
