Pros:

The staff were helpful.There were cultural shows at the dinner every evening. The location was excellent. We had a sea facing room and it had a beautiful view overlooking the pool and the sea.

Cons:

The room service was slow. We had misplaced the key to our room and they charged us 40 dollars for the same which we thought was a lot.

Perfect family vacation spot.
Pros:

Great hospitality, staff very obliging and friendly.
The swimming pool was amazing and close to the beach. The buffet offerings were different each day and a good variety.

Cons:

The bathing towels were too small and need replacing. One bottle of water was also too little each day, but we could fill our water at meals.

Sehr nettes Personal, immer höflich immer hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne Lage!

Die Betten waren etwas hart, aber wir haben dann eine andere Matratze bekommen, das war sehr aufmerksam.

Nepatiko. Kad vandenynas visa diena būna pabėgęs. Elektra dingsta po penkis kartus per dieną. Duše bėga sūrus vanduo iš krano. Maistas ne skanus.

Nice hotel with a few issues
Pros:

Lovely property with big pools and easy access to the beach. Rooms were spacious and issues were attended to promptly. We enjoyed the coordinated activities like aqua aerobics and volleyball
Meals were nice but of limited variety. Great nightly entertainment

Cons:

Linen was not 100% cotton and towels were threadbare and could do with an overhaul. Beds were really hard and the shower was in a high bath tub which could be a problem for some people. Wifi was not efficient and I disliked the old card system still being employed for the towels.
