Très agréable
Pros:

La propreté le personnel aux petits soins surtout ceux du restaurant et l équipe des activités
Buffet à volonté la bouffe extraordinaire et varié

Cons:

absence d infirmerie pour toute urgence il faut sortir dehors ce qui n est pas normal dans un hôtel de cinq étoiles
Aussi il faudra penser à refaire la literie et les meubles des chambres

Ideal pour des vacances en famille !
Pros:

Une grande variété d’activité du moment que la saison haute est démarrée… et que vous êtes un adulte… Large, choix lors des repas

Cons:

Pour les ados qui se situent entre les enfants et les adultes, cela peut être très frustrant le fait qu’il ne puisse faire les activités des adultes… Quand ils sont considérés comme des enfants, ils n’ont taxé qu’aux activités de l’ado Club.

Top pour une expérience tout inclu en famille avec de jeunes enfants
Pros:

Le vrai All inclusive avec des activités gratuites pour les enfants (Bouée tractée, ski nautique, tir à l'arc, club enfants, etc......), les piscines et infrastructures. C'est très bien avec des jeunes enfants, ils s'amusent beaucoup. Beaucoup d'animateurs et de maitres nageurs sur place.

Cons:

Le personnel n'est pas désagréable mais pas forcément à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles (sauf les femmes de ménages qui sont top et courageuses, et les serveurs qui sont toujours dispo). Il a fallu que j'aille 2 fois par jour reprogrammer ma carte de chambre à la réception car elle se désactivait, c'était désagréable. La nourriture est très passable en qualité même si il y a beaucoup de choix. Tout est extrêmement sucré et gras. Le Monsieur et la Dame de la boutique souvenirs (je ne pense pas que ce soit des employés) sont extrêmement désagréables !

The hotel facility is top but service should be improved.
Pros:

The location and the infrastructure is good. Architecture, garden, swimming pools, beach etc.

Cons:

The service is not good. It was clear that staff is not taking care of all customers the same way specially in Restaurent and room service. I am really disappointed.

Amazing
Pros:

The stuff are very welcoming and Friendly.
The animation and entertainment at night is exceptional and animation team are amazing people. You feel like you’re with family not strangers. Never felt this confortable with such people.
Food is varied and delicious. Multiple restaurants to eat from, all inclusive is great, you can eat at any time - available snacks and drinks whenever you want.
Many Activities to do, litterally like you can do tennis - archery - zumba etc… and learn new skills, and about the tunisian culture.
You can never get bored in this hotel.
I also liked the fact that there are many pools and they are all big.
Big hotel - location is great as well as the sea is crystal clear, but there were many jellyfishes. Maybe something can be done regarding those?

Cons:

Didn’t like the room that was given there was no bathtub. Although they offered to give us another room but the other room does not have a bathtub either and we have a baby with us so they did gave us a small plastic bathtub for our baby. They did make a nice gesture to give us a pool view room however, There was a weird smell coming out either from the bathroom wall tiles, the shower or the AC we couldn’t understand where it came from, but when we close the balcony and open the AC a very bad smell coming in around all the room. The weather was hot and we were unable to use the AC due to the bad smell. Our baby needs good air quality not bad smells.
I noticed the same bad smell was also coming in the reception’s bathroom so it might be something in the walls.
Rooms can be better because of these issues.
But overall everything else was perfect.
