Estancia decepcionante: falta de limpieza, mantenimiento y servicios

Hay que pedir que te limpien la habitación, porque por ellos solos no lo limpian. Falta comunicación …
El desayuno no te dejan elegir lo que quieres comer. Es un desayuno cerrado. Cuando te ponen el desayuno, cuando estás acabando te preguntan si quieres un café o alguna bebida, es decir, cualquier bebida que te ofrecen luego al finalizar la estancia te lo cobran y no entra en el precio del desayuno. A parte, tenía un 12% de descuento en bebidas y no me lo aplicaron. Van de hospitalarios pero realmente no es así.
Los interruptores no los han limpiado en su vida, estaban muy sucios como se pueden ver en las fotos que adjunto.
El wifi no funcionaba los dos últimos días de nuestra estancia.
La habitación se escucha un montón los coches y todos los ruidos de fuera. También goteaba el agua el tubo del lavabo y no supieron arreglarlo.
Muchos trabajadores no saben hablar inglés, solo árabe.
Si te molesta la luz para dormir, no te recomiendo esta estancia, las cortinas no son opacas.
La taza del W.C. estaba rota.
Nos ofrecieron transporte para ir a un centro comercial por 2000 en moneda egipcia, cuando en UBER te cobraban 300. Un precio desorbitado, donde se aprovechan de los turistas.
Precio demasiado superior para lo que ofrecen…
No volveríamos a repetir.

Pros:

overall it was clean, room was visibly prepared - being there was quite comfortable.

Cons:

jacuzzi had some issues with the buttons, bidet wasnt working, sink was leaking and shower head was leaking as well

Lovely hotel
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is beautiful, the view of the pyramids is amazing, and the room was very comfortable. Sherif was also very kind and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
