the view was gorgeous. It was a very spacious room and we fit 3 people very comfortably.
First of all, the shower was freezing and the warm water wouldnt even last to the end of one shower. In addition, the hotel overcharged us and change our booking on booking.com. They charged us the VAT tax, when that was only supposed to be for peruvian citizens. They also messed around with the booking and made it look like we booked it for 1 night and decided to stay an extra 2 nights to justify the overcharge. In reality, we had booked for 3 nights. Then we contested this pricing and they still did not admit to the changes. These are some shady people and they need to stop doing this. Awful hotel and awful staff.

La nostra stanza non era affatto pulita, soprattutto per quanto concerne il bagno. Sollecitati, la situazione è rimasta invariata.
Nonostante la presenza di un piccolo condizionatore a presa, la stanza è sempre rimasta abbastanza fredda. Acqua non caldissima e scarsa.
La struttura non è un hotel, motivo per cui alla sera (nemmeno troppo tardi) le porte chiudono e si è costretti a citofonare per farsi aprire. Ugualmente accade quando si parte per le varie escursioni che a Cusco, come è noto, partono spesso nel cuore della notte.
Nada, porque tuvimos que anular la habitación ya que no cumplía con la reserva y con las fotos que aparecían en Booking.
La única opción que nos dieron fue devolvernos la totalidad de la reserva, pero tanto el trato de la recepcionista como de la jefa de total indiferencia hacia nosotros. Un engaño total con respecto a lo que aparece tanto en Booking como en su página web. La habitación justo al lado de la recepción y con la ventana dando directamente a la puerta de la entrada y ya no digamos el baño que tenía una ventana que daba directamente a unas escaleras interiores que te podía ver cualquiera. El acceso al hotel era pésimo y más si vas con bastante equipaje ya que son calles súper estrechas y empedradas a la cual no acceden ningún tipo de auto. Le dimos la posibilidad de que nos dieran otra habitación para que no tuvieran que perder el dinero de la reserva y les dió exactamente igual. Y no nos dieron más solución que devolvernos el dinero en su totalidad y con la consecuencia que recién llegados a Cusco tener que buscar otro alojamiento y con las maletas de un lado para otro a las 4 de la tarde.
Loved the location!
Only one towel per person, no hand towels in the bathroom. The bathroom and bedroom had little cracks in the walls and a broken window so bugs and slugs came in. Having to be let in and out of the hotel was also a pain.

The staff were helpful. I was allowed to leave my luggage days ahead prior to checking in. There is a big open rack to place my things and hang my clothes. Personally, this is better than a regular cabinet with doors.
The light is too dim especially in the toilet.

Die Lage in San Blas war wirklich schön und das Bett sehr bequem. Es gab einen kleinen Außenbereich
Leider sehr sehr hellhörig. Man kam nur in das Hotel durch klingeln, das hörte man leider immer. Und man konnte auch alles andere hören. Staff spricht leider kein Englisch. Kann man nicht erwarten, aber nur als Hinweis :)
