Amazing. Will stay again.
Pros:

Great place. And that window that overlooks the beach is a writer's dream. The staff were courteous and amazing. And the access to coffee and bakers street two doors down is enough reasons to stay her. Rooms were tidy and spacious. Anything you need in white town is at best two streets away. Really great location.

Cons:

No parking spots available as the property is only accessible by walking to the beach. And the parallel roads are strict on the no parking.

The staff are very helpful and kind.
Pros:

The location was perfect.. the staff are so kind. The breakfast was excellent and big. The rooms are really lovely. Beds very comfortable.

Cons:

I think I would book the side or back rooms as less noise.
The very front room looking at the ocean is a bit noise from the roof top restaurant above.

The facilities and service not at all upto the mark, compared to the cost.
Pros:

Location is excellent. That is the only plus point for this property. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

Room is much smaller than expected. Balcony is so small, that one cannot use it. The property don't serve lunch, they don't even inform it clearly. Dinner is also not upto the mark, with very little option.
I had to pay 50% advance just after booking. They even didn't allow us to enter the room on arrival, till I made the full payment for our complete stay.

Pros:

It was a good stay. Location and the view is amazing.

Cons:

The staff members were very polite and helpful. Good people. But I think they need some organized training, the hotel will benefit by giving its staff some formal short course in hotel hospitality. They are rough around the edges. This suggestion is so that overall experience improves and the hotel gets better. Thanks

Pros:

The place is situated right on promenade and easy to navigate in the neighborhood and the staff was helpful- had difficulty at my 630 am checkout as there was no one to do it - had to do all kinds of gyrations to checkout so I could leave and catch my bus - food is average but there are some decent restaurants in the hood.
