Perfect
Pros:

Great location just outside bar harbour. Huge lovely clean room, lovely pool and decking outside to sit and overlook the water

Muy linda ubicación. La vista es linda pero no es frontal al mar. Hay bosque que tapa bastante. Ocean View genera mucha espectativa .
La habitación es grande.

Cons:

Terrible el ruido del aire acondicionado. Lo comuniqué personalmente. No hubo ni solución ni disculpa. La persona que me atendió mostró cero empatía.
La TV demasiado pequeña.

Wouldn’t come back.
Pros:

Quiet area, only a 10 minute into the busy tourists parts, and about 20 minutes from hiking the popular attractions. Staff was super friendly and nice

Cons:

When we arrived after driving long hours our bed sheets were dirty and stained, (literally looked like dried blood) the poor worker was all by herself and had other people to check in as they kept arriving, we had to wait awhile to get the beds changed and it was late at night. She was trying her hardest. The pool is not just for the hotel guests it’s open to local Maine people. We met a great couple that gave us great tips, but then a van pulled up and kids hopped out the parents left, the kids were maybe young middle school age and were terrible, it made us all leave, not enjoyable. They need to enforce better rules for under 16 needs parents. Other locals were telling the kids not to do stuff, and the kids were disrespectful. The rooms were not the best, very worn, and breakfast was not good, literally all grab and go oranges, apples, yogurt. Oatmeal…. We would not stay again, which is a shame the place looks so nice and the views were good. But housekeeping needs some major training. Definitely old school motel with keys not key cards. This place has the potential to be great. Just not quite there yet. Zero water pressure as well, your better off shower in the ocean.

Pros:

Rooms were very clean. I enjoyed the pool and the free breakfast snacks. Of you have a car, the location is great - just a short drive away from Acadia Nationalpark and Bar Harbour.

Cons:

Shower pressure was very poor
Water did not get hot, but lukewarm
Mattress was well worn with the feet being higher than our heads. We rotated the mattress and it was a bit better.
The pillows were FLAT...I asked for a 3rd and barely helped.

We would love to stay here again, a different room perhaps.
Pros:

The location to everything was superb. Value was to our liking.

Cons:

There was no fan in the bathroom so it was steamy. The window lock was broken on the front window so we weren't able to have the window open during our stay at all.
