I would not advertise this as water front. It’s not.

Amazing area, decent hotel..
Pros:

Located in a beautiful area over looking the bay.

Cons:

Room needs major work...Bugs on the ceiling dead in the bathroom, screw holes present in the bedroom from what looks like prior blinds. Stickers on the wall are peeling..

Pros:

I didn't check out the pool or breakfast, but we had a nice ocean view room. Beds were very comfortable! It was close enough to downtown but in a quiet area. We would stay again! Nothing fancy, but perfect for us!

Cons:

I do wish they offered a late check out option.

Great location, very clean and great view!!

Cons:

No coffee pot in room. Had to walk up to the main office to get coffee. No fan in bathroom so condensation from taking showers was pretty high.

Beautiful weekend in a very nice place.
Pros:

Beautiful location, quiet, scenic view. Staff was friendly, accommodating, and very responsive.

Breakfast foods nicely presented and quite good.

Cons:

Bus drivers didn't seem to know where the hotel was located.

The view was very nice, but accommodations could be better maintained
Pros:

Liked that it was first floor easy to get the luggage in, & the view was beautiful, good breakfast

Cons:

Very noisy, kids running back-and-forth the entire time we were there, you could hear everything, also we felt like it was a little pricey for the level of cleanliness and Comfort. Not top notch for price, not maintained, door lock broke, shower fixtures for soap broke
