Very good Bengaluru hotel
Pros:

Very well situated, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. Rooftop pool. The best thing was the staff, who are really helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Location was good

Cons:

I checked in early at 9AM for which they charged me 3000 plus GST. Thats okay. But I have repeatedly required them to send the receipt of the payment to my email id and till date they have not done it.

Pros:

Very good location on Brigade road. The hotel is close to most of Bangalore's attractions.

Cons:

At the time of the booking, the hotel promised to give a discount on food and beveredges purchased in the hotel. But when i stayed at the hotel, they refused to honour that promise. That was very disappointing.

Exceptional place to stay in the heart of the city!
Pros:

Everything about this property was as you would expect from a 4-5 star property. No amenity was spared. The rooms were clean and spacious with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The pool was beautiful and located high above Brigade road with an amazing view. This is in the heart of Bangalore close to Commercial Street and MG road. It’s a hub of excitement with shops, restaurants and located centrally to any place you might like to see like Lalbahg and the Bangalore Palace. We will definitely be returning. Staff were exceptional and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Can be a bit noisy with the beeping out the front.
